I remember very vaguely a game about dinosaurs. I'm gonna stop you right now, it doesn't involve a blue Parasaurolophus with the name "Dinosaur Adventure 3D".

What I vividly remember is, when you started the game, and intro played showing toys in an attic (I want to say, stuffed animals, one maybe a kangaroo, I dunno), them getting blown with wind or magic or something, and popping to life.

I also remember a minigame when you are in a diner with a Legend of Zelda angle view giving food to dinosaurs. Possibly the same game, no idea.

This has been killing me for a few years now, and I'm pretty sure I didn't get anywhere. This represents all I remember about this game, other than the may have something to do with one of the periods (Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous).
Godspeed.

Hello! I'd really like someone's help with this game name because it's been bugging me for years. I don't remember much but hopefully it'll be enough.

The game was a PC game that I played in either the very late 90s or early 2000s, but it could be older. It was actually a series of mini games that opened from the start menu in a folder like the way applications or other folders are opened and there were around 7 to 10 of them. I'm not sure if they came preloaded on the computer or were bought. I think the games were girl oriented and I believe they were simply 2D puzzle based games. I vaguely remember one of the mini games where you have to move around big present boxes in a way so your character can clime to the top. I think the color scheme was mainly white boxes with either strips or polka dots that were pink purple or green (not 100% on that though). Another game I think had something to do with popping balloons or bubbles and possibly candy? That's all I can really remember. If anyone can help me I'd be so grateful. Thanks in advance!!

Hi guys,

I'm looking for an old RPG game I played a bit in the early 2000s. The game could have been a bit older than that, it was looking a lot like Baldur's Gate or Nox. All I remember was that at first you had to choose one of the five (I think) characters that were in a room, each sitting in front of a stained glass window or arcade or something, and then off you went into the great outdoors. I also remember some of the early enemies - wolves, ogres and some huge turtles. Another thing I remember were the item shops, which were pre-rendered and the salesman was slightly animated, sitting next to the goods and making faces while you were browsing. The game might also had a day-night cycle, although I'm not 100 percent sure.

I don't think it was a major title because I searched it on a ton of sites posting old RPG tops and polls. Let me know if you got any ideas what this game was. Thank You
This game gets asked for a lot here. It's Rage of Mages 1/2. Here are screenshots of what you describe in the game:

Character selection : https://files.ru.ladoshki.com/data/pocketpc/shots/r/Rage_of_Mages_II_-_Necromancer.jpg
Enemies faced early in the game : http://bbsimg.ngfiles.com/15/19022000/ngbbs49f024be1d83a.jpg
Semi-animated shopkeepers : http://www.mobygames.com/images/shots/l/13514-rage-of-mages-windows-screenshot-character-building.jpg

There is a day/night cycle, you remember that correctly.

Guys, we might want to create a list or a poll with the games already found, as I wouldn't browse through 600+ pages of obscured memories in hopes of finding what I need.

THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!
Now I can finally sleep at night :) I was searching for this game for about 5 years now until I decided to ask around on a major forum. You guys rock! That list/poll you were mentioning could be useful as hell. I tried reading the whole thread before asking but there are 600+ pages and I got a full-time job :D

Hi guys i have a problem. I couldn't find one game since 2000s, but this game is made in 1990s.
I only know, that in that game you ride on a futuristic motorbike (not extreme-G) you spawn in a big vertical tube with other NPC's and ride down to a map, that looks like aren with some things like rockets, some type of keys to open some boosts. Map contains some zones where you could find weapon and points.
The main task is to make needed amount of points to receive a possibility to go into that vertical spawn tube in a limited time. Time is limite, because through some minutes map start to erase itself from corners to center.
To achieve points you must kill other NPC's and\or take some points in a map.
That game was freaking awesome!!!

There's a game I believe was on ps1. You would walk around collecting weapins and potions and other items like those. Every once in a while a bear or other creature would attack you and you would have to fight them off. You played as a beefed up guy. Like an advnture or RPG. There was caves or castles or something that you could go into. And could craft weapons from materials you found. What is it called???

I hope someone knows of this game cause i can't remember it.
the story is a dungion full of dark monsters and you are to find the sorce of evil inside of it.
the disc that i got it on was ether {famly fun} or {250 best arcade games}

so it plays like this

make a charicter by selecting the race and then class i remember always playing as a giant wizard.
you then go around a rouge like dungion fighting random creatures {like Glowing Puffballs or Sickly Syringe} and colecting items.
the object is to find laders going down
then apon leveling up you have to find a certan ladder going up to a city so you can sleep and level up but you had to purchase crystals to prevent aging and in town you can get to shops and other stuff.
and every now and then a random creature would show up in a screan when you go to another level loughing at you calling you to come and chalange it.

please if any one knows of this game please tell me i would realy like to try and get it agin.
sounds like

Moraff's World (1991)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMOY_XhxlBQ

or any other moraff's game like Moraff's Revenge, Moraff's Dungeons Of The Unforgiven, etc.

Ok, i've been reading this thread for some time and i need your help guys, i played a game a longe time ago, (2000-2001) and i need the name of the goddman thing, it was a puzzle game, with isometric view, i think the guy used a green suit and long hair, i remember that the enemies used some kind of robes, black robes, the objective was to get past them without touching them, you could climb up the structures and climb some vines on the walls, and don't ask me why but the game had a lot of hourglasses, can't really remember if i needed to take them or it was part of the scenario. If someone could help me i would be soooo happy, been thinking about this one for a long time. Thanks in advance!

bumping this in hopes of someone knowing what game this is!

Hello everyone!
I'm desperately looking for a game I played when I was younger, somewhere in the 2000s maybe? and through all my searches no answers came up.
The most I remember is that you were playing as a fairy that could shape shift into vague-ish fantasy-esque animals to solve puzzles, and I think there was an evil fairy queen trying to stop you? I'm not sure if she was a queen, but she was evil. At the end of the game she turned to stone and sank to the bottom of the ocean or a lake.
I know this is vague, but this is the most I remember. Anything you guys can suggest would be very helpful! Thank you!
that is

Kameo - Elements Of Power (2005)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5NcDCtJsJ4

but you forgot to say that it was a Xbox 360 game my friend...
Sorry, sorry! Believe me, if I remembered what console I played it on, I would've mentioned! Thank you so very, VERY much for helping me find it!

Hey guys im looking for a old pc puzzleish type game i played like 10 to 12 years ago. I don't remember much about it but the point of the game was to fill in a picture puzzle thing with different colored geometrical shapes that would line up at the bottom of the screen. There may of been a time limit i cant remember. The pictures would get harder as you went on
The main reason im looking for this game was because of the awesome ambient techno music in the background. I know this isn't a whole lot to go on but the game was fairly straight forward and repetitive.
Also i could be completely wrong in saying this but for some reason i remember the game giving off some sort of fantasy type vibe with the background. I remember playing this game for hours on end simply because of the music. Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Been searching forever and can't find anything in this thread or through google. It was a PC game played in music class once in a blue moon when we weren't singing or playing with the instruments. Not sure if it was on a floppy or not. I played it when I was about 8 so all I remember about it was that it was dark and gloomy and there was this music box wind up key that was broken or stolen (Or maybe it was a mirror? I can't remember). I presume you had to solve puzzles to find the pieces or the key but my memory could be a bit faulty there. I remember the box (or whatever object it was) was front and center of the "map" with paths that lead towards a castle or mountain or something like that in the background with woods on the sides of the screen (I think).
hard to guess without a time-frame...but seems to be an adventure game a-la Myst, try

Shivers (1995)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZGsdE2YWSQ
Thanks. That's not it. Very similar mechanics style but the game I am thinking of is a lot more cartooney. Almost like candy land art style with Shivers' game-play mechanics.

OK, I can imagine this being an EXTEMELY HARD game to find the name of, but here goes nothing. I played this game in about 2006 or so, when I was about 5, on Windows XP. Yes, I was 5, so the details might not be perfect, and there will be plenty of 'I think's.

You are a guy, I think, and I'm pretty sure it's first person. Has 3D graphics.

Your health is always deteriorating, I THINK. I THINK you have to keep eating food to stay alive (but don't exclude a game where this isn't the case).

You wake up in a house. There is a horse outside, which I think you can ride. There is also a bear outside which you have to avoid otherwise it will kill you.

You are on an island, I think, or at least near a shore and you can go in the water. There are sharks, which can hurt you. But you can swim past them. I think there is a boat you can get to so you can go out into the ocean.

Elder Scrolls Oblivion, maybe? Doesn't fit perfectly but it sounds somewhat close and its the only thing I can think of. Also, you do realize that there's an entire other thread dedicated to this topic, don't you?

Hi guys! I've been looking for a PC-game for a while now and hope you can help me - although there's not much I remember. I don't know if it was a download-file or a CD, but it was on Windows 95. You played as a little red creature with big yellow eyes (I think that creature wore a light blue hat / cap). That creature had to pass a maze-like level and collect some things (for extra points...but I don't even remember what those things were) on the way to the goal. Yeah, that's it.... As I said, not much information at all, but I hope someone here knows what I'm talking about (-;
Hi, I'm also looking for this game and have something to add. This games music was children's music and just had melodies like I've been working on the railroad. Like stated before it's a game with a little red dude with 2 legs but no arms, big yellow eyes with black pupils, a light blue sleeping cap and looks almost exactly like q-bert.

Hello, I've been looking for a playstation 1 game in 3D that I played when I was little. You could choose from 4 characters, and one of them was a woman I guess. They all were human and tall. Once you picked up your character you appeared in a big rock that was floating in the air, all the game was like this. Imagine Nagrand from World of Warcraft but only with the rocks, and you had to jump each rock to reach another bigger rock, if you fell down you had to start all over again. I remember that the characters that I used to choose didn't have any type of sword or something, they just fight with their own hands and legs. There was some type of boss with a cone head that if you punched him, he will free little yellow drops that made annoying sounds and they will jump all over the place. I hope someone knows this strange game.
