There's a JRPG whose name i can't remember. It was 3D, you controlled(at least in the beginning) a single male character with a familiar. The world was apparently poisonous to everyone, so you had to carry around some sort of basin with water that created an aura where you didn't take damage, but you had to drop it to fight enemies. I also remember that there was a lot of spherical stuff, i think they were power-ups or drops or something. The game was very very grey and pale blue in the only area of it i remember. The platform wasn't very old, but i'm sure it wasn't anything before the ps1. By the way i have searched around for hours but cannot for the life of me find out anything about it.

I found this forum while I was once more doing a search for a game that must be from the 90's.

It was a 2d computer game that could be played at same time by 2 players in a platform style.
Everything remind me like a world made from computer parts. You had a chip that should kill another parts like floppy disks and stuff. You had Bosses harder to fight.
I believe you attack with punches and might somehow use a combo or high power(kinda like rayman).
You level up and gather experience from kills which make you stronger, and so it's important to share that stuff when in 2 player mode.

It was kinda simple as a game but i never found it again. A friend who played with me which is 1 year older came up with a possible name "people", but with such a name it's hard to found it with some google research, also might even not be the real name...

If someone know what i'm talking about ill gladly thank you since i can't find it anywhere for years.

Thank you in advance.

EDIT: i'm so HAPPY!! a friend just pop up with the name all this years after... it is Electronic Popple look at that great quality! woohoo

I'd like someone to refresh my memory, really want to check this game out again. I think it was on the SNES (thought it could have been on the Genesis, I don't remember) where it was a bit like Contra, but you were a bird soldier thing, and one of the bosses was a guy who turned into a Tiger, I think. I remember playing this a while ago, and really wanna play it again, but have no clue where to look! Someone help! D:
I believe you are thinking of the Genesis game Alien Soldier here is a review on it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUvA5xJWbo4
YES! Thank you! That's the one! :D

There was one game that I can't remember. You start off in a castle and once you leave, you wander around the map, which is 2d, and you fight enemies that are already visible on the map.

To fight the enemies, you create your armies by "buying" (i don't actually remember the correct way it occurred) troops and you use these to fight other creatures.

You have a small ship and sail around, but I don't remember the purpose of the game whatsoever. I do remember that there were dragons, elves, zombies, fairies, and other types of beings that could be recruited into your army. Any help would be appreciated.
Heroes of Might and Magic?
no, it was na older gen game, most likely on snes, nes, or the sega.
You may have missed my message, but was it "King's Bounty"?

YOU ARE A GOD AMONG MEN!!!! Thank you so much.

Hey people. Just wondering if anyone knew thr name of a game where you control a boy and the first mission youre on the outskirts of a city(i think) and you see a shooting star but its a space caravan looking rocket thing and a professor steps out from it. You go around picking up weapons. Im also pretty sure that you can get a fishing rod and a cookery licence. One of the enemies were clones i think that just looked like snakes. Thanks a lot!

I remember a robot game I played about 5 years back. It was for the PC, Windows XP. The game was exclusively about robots and somewhat simmilar to Starcraft. It was a 3-rd person game, but you could actually go into first person and control your robot with the WASD keys. I remember a 3-legged robot I loved to play as. In skirmish I believe there was 4 team colours : Red, blue, green and yellow.

Please help me, I've been trying to find the name of this game for quite some time.

Thanks in advance!

I was thinking eariler about all the games i used to play and one came to mind that i used to love, but i cannot for the life of me remember what it was so I wondered if anyone else gets this same memory issue and who knows Might end up finding some classics we forgot long ago.

My one is a PC game It was a car game of sorts driving around and arena leaving a coloured trail behind you and you killed other players by getting them to drive into the trail you leave behind. I think the cars and arena were mostly black (or at least the version i had was) and the trail and 'walls' coming from the cars were really bright colours depending on team etc. Like red, orange, green, blue.

NOOOO WAY!! I KNOW THAT GAME, I'VE LOOKIN IT LIKE |0 YEARS AND NEVER FOUND IT, CANT REMEMBER THE GAME, I KNOW EVERYBODY THINKS IS TRON, BUT ITS NOT, THIS ONE WAS WITH CARS, NOT MOTORCYCLES LIKE TRON, AND THE ARENA WAS HUGE, THAT GAME WAS FUCKIN AWESOME, IF U OR SOMEONE KNOWS THE NAME OF THE GAME, LET ME KNOW PLZ
Pretty sure you guys are looking for Armagetron.

I'm looking for an old racing game for PC. You were racing with tripods, I remember two levels (Hawaii, Moscow) but there were more. There were items on the track, that's about all I remember.

Google didn't help, so I figured I'd try here. Thanks in advance!
Found it myself, it was Killer Loop.

I've been looking for 2 games I played as a kid for years so I hope someone here recognized the games I'm looking for.
I played these games on pc (perhaps from a floppy disc) probably around late eighties begining of the ninties.

The first game had an egyptian theme with a top down view. I believe you were playing an explorer, looking to treasure inside the pyramid. There were enemies (mummies?) that you had to avoid (I don't think you could fight them) I remember most of the pyramidstones to be a bright yellow/gold and the treasures you were looking for were bright green/blue/purple (maybe also other colors) Those treasures were supposed to look like jewels I think.

The other game was more of platformer, with lots of green (I think the platforms were green). I don't remember the regular levels anymore, but the bonuslevel was a level without enemies and you had to get from platform to platform (definately via ropes but maybe also via ladders) to collect pieces of a diamond. You had to collect those pieces within a time limit. The pieces looked like big squares with part of the diamond on it. You had to collect quite a few to win this bonuslevel (I think you were shown a picture of the complete diamond if you got all pieces within the timelimit)

I've tried and tried and tried to find them while googling and have even asked my brother and father if they still know anything about them. My brother doesn't even remember them and my dad doesn't understand why I'd want to know these things >_<
I really hope someone here knows what I'm talking about!
Note sure if my question was missed or nobody recognizes what am talking about, so I'll try again.
To add to the above, I remembered that we played Gradius (either I or II) around the same time. I'm still pretty sure we played this on a pc ofsome kind as we did not have a console at that time.

Ok so I have 2.
The first was a Sega game not sure which system starting to think it was Sega Cd.
All I remember is you had a flute (Ocarina) that you played with A B and C it was necessary to move forward in the game.
That's about all I can remember other then I THINK you had a blue hat or helmet or maybe hair.

The second game Is a PS1 action adventure game with an over head view polygon graphics and your hero had blue hair and the hero might have used a sword. That's about all we know ( my brother and I )

From what i remember the character is king of small, and in one of the levels you are in parking or outside a dinner or something like that. I am curentlly dowloading Blade Runner, but from the clips and pictures i dont think thats is the game I am talking about. PLEASE HELP ME !

Hello!

I would like to find one game that i have playing in early 2000 I think.

It was about a man walking in some place,(there were other people to) I don't remember what was the mission, but there was castle, (mabye a dragon) somewhere it was sunny, but somewhere was raining...you can enter in the stores....there was a port to, and you can go on boat and it will take you to other place (mabye an island). There wasn't any fighting I think...

I can't remember anything else, but I really want to find thise game.

Help me :)

Okay this has been bugging me for a while and I apologize for the vagueness of what I am about to describe..

I can't entirely remember what I played this game on, something is telling me it was PC as it seams a bit too control intensive for original Xbox. The game consists of vast landscapes and goals you must achieve. You are in this form of futuristic spaceship/hovership, it doesn't actually fly it hovers. You have a heads up display that feeds you all your info, i don't believe you can see outside the ship. Anyway you can construct bases at certain designated locations, you can construct buildings to build units which you can send in to battle and you can construct defenses for your base. One of the things i specifically remember is a defense turret designed to stop missile attacks, it was called the 'Patriot' turret, had a strange round-ish front to it, like a gattling gun. There were two main factions, one looked human-based due to ship/unit designs, the other quite alien..I recall use of a lot of black and red for the alien faction.

Hope somebody remembers this as it's driving me crazy and the only thing i remember is the damn turret! Any help is appreciated :) this is circa early 2000's.
Sounds like the PC game Uprising.
