Older games you still play from time to time

I'm currently playing through Resident Evil 4 again. I've held onto my favourite games from PS1 and PS2 and will play them when the mood strikes - Final Fantasy, Shin Megami Tensei, Persona, Kingdom Hearts, Resident Evil. Nocturne and RE4 are the two that I go back to the most, though. I still haven't given up on beating the secret boss in Digital Devil Saga 2 but, damn, he's hard!

I'm constantly playing PS2 games. I bought Psychonauts recently, for example. Never played it, can't wait to try out, it's got great status.

Yea, I have a lot of old systems but I dust off the ps2 the most.
Mostly for GTAs and Burnouts (Revenge mostly); I'm still extremely disappointed they didn't bring crash junctions into the current gen.

I just finished replaying Sonic Adventure 2 after who knows how many years. Next on my list is Metroid Prime 1 because I remember the game being awesome. Played through Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and Legend of Zelda: Windwaker recently as well. Actually thinking on it I've just been on a really big Gamecube binge.

I just bought a ton of old RPGs from GOG's recent sale; out of all of those, Arcanum is getting the most attention.

Also, I finished Megaman 2 a couple of times last month.

Funny how OP goes for a year old game after making a thread about "older games". Oh well~

OT: I've been playing Ocarina of Time again since my friend has never actually finished it, and we play Super Smash Bros. Melee every few weeks. I also did a re-run of Metroid Prime a while ago. God I love that game.

Other than that, I guess it's just the occasional Megaman 2 (because it's still awesome) and a bit of Ducktales 2 (dat soundtrack, mm-mm-mmh).

Too many to mention. No, I'm not exaggerating. I'm not interested in most games released now so I've been going back in time a lot lately.

The most common I replay is Super Metroid, Metroid Prime, C&C Generals, Half-Life 2 and Super Smash Brothers Melee.

In my case I've been replaying Prototype 2, it may not be a groundbreaking series or anything, but good lord, the Prototype games can let you do some pretty crazy shit.

Heh, I occassionally still go back to NES-era games, so I would never class any game made within the last 5 years as "older" - certainly not one from last year!

I virtually never buy games at release (maybe 2 a year if they're from a creator I'm a fan of, or are part of a series), so virtually everything I play is an older game by your standard!

I play through the main allied campaign in Red Alert 2 about once a year. Sim city 4 as well.
