I always imagined Feeman to have a really thick Scotish accent.
As for Mastercheif, he probz looks like some generic milatary guy. Short hair & a frown.
I'm hoping that that is what they want you to think, then he pulls off his helmet and looks deformed like Darth Vader. I'd relate to him more than I would if he was just another Marcus Fenix or Chris Redfield.

He's just an average looking middle aged dude. He was described pretty well in the first book. However before I read that I kinda hoped he'd turn out to be a gorilla.

Chief takes off the helmet, cracks a beer and says "Hail to the king, baby."
after which he kicks a grunt-field goal over the pillar of autumn XD

I always expected the Master Chief and for that matter ALL spartans to be Human/Elite mashups as in him having many Elite features like a split jaw,
unfortunatly the books and non main games have jossed that thory.

Slightly off topic here, but still.

Master Chief would have been so much more likable if he was a mute. I guess he partially is one of those "fill in the character yourself" type of protagonist, Gordon Freeman style. But since he speaks that kind of turns him from a blank slate to a very bland character :(

Okay, now back to topic. Gordon Freeman speaks with an accent. Preferably British, but hints of an Australian accent would work too.

According to my friend Chef was already described in the books. He has oily brown hair and freckles.
Yes, John looked like that...when he was six years old.

We're never really given a definitive description for what he looks like circa 2552, but the novel The Flood tells us a bit. He has "short hair with serious eyes, a firm mouth, and a strong jaw." His skin is also rather pale for spending most of his time in the MJOLNIR armor.

As for Gordon Freeman, I like to think of him as a mute savant.
Oh come on. Beat to it right near the end of the posts....

Yeah, Master Chief's most odd characteristic is that he's very pale, seeing that he almost never takes off that helmet. Aside from his face, he also has that, extra-tall, super-muscled physique going on.
That's because Spartans were physically superior children who were kidnapped and then put through a series of physical enhancements. All the IIs are at least 7 feet. Besides, he's kind of shrimpy compared to some other Spartans like Jorge.

Master Chief takes off his helmet and... BAM!!! Shot in the head by Strelok. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. killing generic, cookie cutter, boring games everywhere.

Would I stop playing Halo if Master Chief was green? No I stopped playing Halo after Halo 2, cause boring games make me sad face.
*sigh* You guys are everywhere... that was uncalled for in this thread. Why did you feel the need? Surely you could just create your own rant thread about Halo and be greeted by a chorus of agreements from all the millions of haters...

OT: Master Chief takes his helmet off and reveals himself to be... Tali!

It would be ungodly levels of confusing, but god damn it would be awesome.

In a surprising twist, Gordon Freeman actually has the voice of Nathan Drake, though he sounds like he's doing a horrible Australian accent. The first words you hear him say are 'B*tches, please!" Master Chief is actually looks like the guy with the red stapler from Office Space, or...

Master Chief is clearly Doctor House.

Think about it.
Nevermind, this is the correct answer.

Gordon would say "......"

But if I absolutely had to give him actual words, I'd have him say "Okay, look. I've crowbarred millions of aliens and mind controlled humans, I've blown up countless buildings and vehicles, I've infiltrated an impregnable fortress and blown that up, I've chased the combine from here to Timbuktu and I've fought though more zombies than every L4D player in the world. Give me that fucking beer already."

As for Master Chief...I don't really care. Never have been a Halo fan, but perhaps that's because it takes three years for each release to hit PC. Just for shits and giggles, though, I'd entertain the thought that MC is really Freeman on off days, just trying to relax.
Your avatar just gave me another idea.

What if the Stig is actually Gordon Freeman's part-time job? :D

I always imagined Gordon Freeman had a swedish accent, I'm not sure why. Also the MC has a moustache. How do I know? Does he sound like he has a moustache? Yes he does.

Some say that he has an MIT degree in Theoretical Physics, and that if you give him a crowbar he can topple empires. All we know is he's called Gordon Stigman!

Yeah I could see that. It'd be epic.
Pity nobody watching would get that joke if they made it. Hell, chances are very high that the presenters would just go "Who?" if you talked about Gordon Freeman, then keep on insulting each other.
