Once upon a time I had my previous avatar be of Ellen Page.

The amount of GUYS that were hitting on me was borderline insane, not to mention incredibly lame.
Well, in all fairness to them, it is Ellen Page. She makes many a pair of pants tighten.

And no, I've never been mistaken for a lady. Probably because I ooze testosterone like a noire film about a world-weary private eye who tends to complain about "dames".

My user name makes it pretty obvious, combined with my avatar. :p Plus, I tend to use the same name around most of the internets, so I never really run into any confusion.

I assume all people on the internet are guys. The girls seem to take it better then the guys.

People think I'm middle aged a lot, but that's the only mistaken identity I ever get.

Yeh, if I mention my girlfriend most people will just assume I am a guy, though most do on the internet anyway :p. I don't really have a problem with it though, but it does happen.

I've had it happen sometimes in the past. I guess at some point in time my prose seemed feminine or something. Especially when I give out my name, which is apparently androgynous enough that some people in emails address me as miss. That's awkward, and I'm never sure if I should correct them as it really doesn't matter what they call me as long as it's not out of disrespect.

Never been mistaken as a girl. Possibly be because I always talk about my dick (its huge) and how much I can bench press (fuckin' tonnes).

Yeah I get a few people thinking Im female from my nickname. I only know one girl with the nickname cazza and she stole it off me. azza nicknames I find are way more common from guys then girls.

I don't use mics or even talk much at all when gaming so my nickname and avatar are all they have to go on.

People assume I'm a guy. Easy to see why. I mean even -I- don't see girls very often online...

still, you'd think with a name like SkyeNeko people would assume the opposite...

Yeah your names a good give away... also the picture on your profile... and actually this site has more girls on it then I've seen on the entire internet, Facebook doesn't count...

Also I remember you thought I was a girl at first...<.<

I have longish hair, long eyelashes and sort of delicate features (basic prettyboy) so even on cam chats I've been mistaken for a girl. I think the only thing on my face that looks manly is my nose or my beard when I forget to shave

There's something about my lips/mouth in profile. I spent two years driving a big truck, and most of the guys that called to my truck on the CB suddenly got real quiet when they heard a manly man's voice answering. I'll allow that guys get lonely on the road, but truckers are always girl-watching when they should be driving.

Makes you feel safer on the road, don't it?

It's usually the first thing I check before making assumptions...<.<

Nobody confuses me for a girl ever, what with my manly voice, and face fungus. Plus I type like a dude, probably. Plus my avatar drives people insane, so they rarely question what my sex is, since they rather question their existance.
