That's a pretty elaborate jump from what I gave. I don't think I've ever seen a news story coming from recorded voice chat footage. Is it easier to believe that there are covert game media operatives playing games trying to sound mildly homophobic, or that there exist people who play games who sound mildly homophobic.StatusNil said:You know what it sounds like you got there? You'd have GamerGaters declaring him/her "Based" or "Redpilled" and therefore an awesome indicator of how the creative minds in Gaming were on their side all along.Veylon said:Now I'm curious to see how the community would take it if they decided that one of the characters - one of them that you're supposed to like - is a devout Catholic or Libertarian or something.
It's happened before. Heck, the amount of people who don't quite get IDs on Chan Boards is pretty staggering.undeadsuitor said:U keep telling yourself that buddyStatusNil said:You know what it sounds like you got there? "So, just so you know, they made Tracer a lesbian. Now I don't have a problem with it, but don't you think there's some sort of agenda going on?"
Sure guy. I believe you.
Every. Game.
I thought it was okay, it was a bit corny and predictable but then again it's a Christmas special. And to mirror what Borty The Bort Said I really liked the splash page near the end, gave us a little insight into some of the characters.SlumlordThanatos said:I'm just laughing because the community is up in arms regarding one of the worst pieces of content (game or otherwise) that Blizzard has put their name on.
People should be complaining about how lazy and shoddily-written the comic was, not about how Tracer magically became a lesbian.
If you talking about the one panel they're kissing, well the thing is you have to show/tell the audience someone's gay, or they won't know, It isn't like a black character Where you see him and know he's black.selere said:You kinda have to realize that it's blizzard's fault for making it such a big deal in the first place.
I 100% Bet you one of The male characters is gay, My money's on Lucio or Roadhog/Junkrat Pair.Xsjadoblayde said:It will be nothing compared to the reactions to a male gay outing. I wonder if Blizzard are just testing the water for this though. Comics have a habit of leading to stranger shores.
That is one the dumbest reasonings I think I've ever seen, I think I got dumber by reading thatZhukov said:![]()

I suspect I'm going to to regret asking this, but what makes this comic so bad in your eyes?SlumlordThanatos said:I'm just laughing because the community is up in arms regarding one of the worst pieces of content (game or otherwise) that Blizzard has put their name on.

I kind of feel the disappointment of the fans that wanted her as a Waifu because I was Hurt when it turned out Athena was Lesbian in Borderlands. Out of the Borderlands Chicks, she was the number 1 chick I would bang. Also she is still the most likable female Characters in the Borderlands cannon, after Lilith turned "heal" at the end of the presequel. Sasha from the tale tale series is my new Borderlands WaifuBorty The Bort said:extreme reaction to having their cover-girl waifu getting "yanked away from them"
Thoughts?
Obviously OP was using one of the obscure definitions of the word and not simply adding more sensationalism to their thread.vallorn said:There is one thing I have to add here. Why does OP's title say "violence ensued"? This is a mild argument on a specialised internet forum... There's nothing violent about that. I mean, if someone got punched for it then that would be violence but violence is an inherantly physical action so aome angry people on a webforum really doesn't justifty the title of this thread.
I was disappointed too though, I was expecting Overwatch riots.5. rough or immoderate vehemence, as of feeling or language:
