I support this. I know it's not according to the law, but it's awesome. And it might actually be effective. And to all the people saying stuff about fines and tickets: someone who can afford a 60000-70000-90000 euro car, will not care about a small fine. That'll be a joke to them. They will just pay the insignificantly small sum and continue to go on doing whatever they please. Hell, i doubt most of them would even mind paying such fines a few times per month.
Then again, what can i say, i'm chaotic good not neutral good. If a law has little to no effect, fuck the law!

Edit: Also, yes, that looks more like and APC or something like that than an actual tank.

Wonder how many people will illegally park now knowing their cars could get run over by a tank.
