I want to add Plastic Man and Mr. Fantastic. They are both super lame.

Really? I've seen that as being quite useful. For example, you're watch a really good film/ TV show you don't want to miss, and you start feeling thirsty. Rather than miss it, stretch your arm into the kitchen and pour yourself a drink. There are other benefits as well as this one.

If you go down the scientific route, invisibiltiy is utterly useless. When you go invisible, light either goes round or through you, rather than bouncing off so other people can see you. If light is going round you, it's not going into your eyes. You can't see.

Kiteman, the only super-hero/villain who can be stopped by a strong gust of wind.

Asbestos man, pros - he can't catch fire, cons - he's going to die a painful death of lung cancer

Fat Man: The Human Flying Saucer, his acutal power is fairly cool he can turn into a flying saucer with the perks that entails. No, the pathetic thing is his weakness, if he sees an item of food that he would like to eat he HAS to turn back into human form so that he can eat it.

All of these actually appeared in comics.
