Many moons ago my friends and I tried out the Marvel Super Heroes RPG, and one of my friends used the hero creation system to roll up a new character instead of playing, say, Wolverine or something. He rolled for a power and got "sonic attack", similar to Banshee. He then rolled for the strength of that power and got the second-lowest power level imaginable.

By the book, he was able to whistle through sheetrock.
