My example would be when my homeroom teacher shot himself. A girl had lied for attention and said he molested her, and the school fired him. When no evidence that he ever did anything was found the school refused to hired him and everyone still considered him a statuatory rapist.
I had a friend who tried to hang himself, rope snapped before his neck did so he just fell on his ass...
Still, he survived and is in therapy now. We'll probably laugh at it at some point, but not now.
