People can be dicks. My weight was the primary reason I got made fun of. I feel like I want to kill the people who wronged me as well so you are not the only one. I will never forgive them and if I do meet Jason Smith again I can be pretty sure the end result will be me with blood on my hands.
I can understand that image, I imagine you'll have trouble covering your wounds with just two hands though.

Personally I've never been bullied. I like to make it clear that if any bullying is going to be done I'll be handling it personally.

Knowing that this is a gaming website I am sure some of us have been picked on.
That's a pretty bad stereotype. And does that mean we can't have bullies who play games?
People have posted on different threads they were picked on. I am not saying everyone here has been picked on. Just some people. Bullies play games too. I just choose not to play with them.
I thought you were making the assumption that all gamers are/were nerds, therefore got picked on.

A few guys back in elementary school. Now that I think about it, it amazes me that little kids can be such dicks when they're so young. It was supposed to be a Christian school too, so I know that they didn't take any of that "you're gonna go to Hell for being an ass" very seriously.

No, of course not. I actually hate stereotyping.

I was always bullied until I broke my main bully's nose. He and one of his friends were picking on me, shoving me around, and I just got fed up with it and swung.

Broke his nose. Everyone left me alone after that.

I was harrassed from time to time growing up. More than one fistfight ensued in spite of a fairly even temper. Eventually, when it became apparent that even when I lost the other person would suffer too they moved on. The way I see it, you really only have the two options anyhow - grin and bear it or get drawn into a fight. Both routes involve more suffering than I'd like so if someone has a third option I'd like to hear it.

I wouldn't say I was bullied exactly. Nice school really, I was just mocked more than average. No big deal, but there really wasn't anyone my age who would talk to me (small school as well). Been years since high-school, and I'm realizing that it makes things more difficult when you never learned to talk to people.

are all dead...

Because I was never picked on. Lots of people thought I was too smart to insult, and I am quite tall and, if not "muscular", certainly not weak either. Oh, and i have a very high pain tolerance and Houdini-like stomach (can take any man's punch)

Not REALLY... I'm still in high school, and the only times I get picked on, which are rarely, are when some wanker goes "GET A HAIRCUT" because they deem it necessary to insult someone they know nothing about. (I'm a guy with long hair)

i was picked on a lot all through Jr. High ((PJ Jacobs Jr. High)) because i was the new kid...sure i had really good friends most of whom i still talk to..and a few people realized they weren't getting to me, because i ignored the insults...but they started to pick on my friends....so there was a point where i almost broke a kids nose and my friends were going to help me beat the crap out of him and his friends for picking on us....however the plan fell through because it was the last week of school and he was out sick with the flu....i still regret not kicking their asses

In Jr. High there was this group of kids who, not only picked on me, but would get up and move away whenever I came near. [sarcasm]That really does wonders for one's self esteem [/sarcasm]

I was picked on by this kid named Sean in elementary school. However, one day I just decided that I wasn't going to take it anymore and issued a verbal lashing. Thanks to him I developed the sharp tongue that made me into an excellent debater.

Something even more interesting to consider, he became a debater too. We debated on the same team and kicked some ass.

By the time I was in high school I was smart and manipulative enough to be generally liked by all around me. Not popular, just liked. So I rarely got bullied and when I did I struck back with my words and made the other person either: A) Look like an idiot if I knew they would back down afterwords. B) Walk away if I knew they could kick my ass.

I got picked on a bit in elementry school because my friend was fat, but since I was bigger than everybody else and noone knew how to fight back then, if anyone messed with me I would just punch them in the face a few times and they would back the fuck off.

When it started again in middle school, a few guys decided to jump me because I didn't want to put up with their bullshit. I slammed the first guy's head into the area on a traffic light where you press the button to walk, and then punched him into it. It gave him a concussion, as well as fractured his skull and tore his skin so he needed 12 stitches. I was never picked on again.

I've generally never been picked on. I'm in highschool now, and people throw me and my friends an odd remark, but they are dicks. I'm in a more tight-knit group of friends since there's really only 4 of us who hang out constantly, however, I know a lot of random people who I don't normally hang out with. It's funny because I have friends from a lot of different social groups and areas.

Haha funny you should bring this up. I went into one of my local bottle'os the other day, I'd never been in this particular one before, so I walk in and who is standing behind the counter? But my old primary school bully. So I walk straight past him get my drinks and walk up to pay and the bastard actually ID'd me... He knew I was over 18 and the fucker actually had the balls to ID me. So I get it out pay and am about to leave and he's tries to be a good employee with that whole "have a nice day" bullshit, I was just like "yeah whatever" and walked out. I then called the next day and asked for the manager and made a formal (yet anonymous) complaint about him. Happy with my revenge I went back to my drinking. Was I wrong? Maybe. He deserved it though, the shit he put me through.
