No, but it suggests a lack of imagination. If I find a character attractive it's because I imagine them as they would look/act as a real person, I am not literally attracted to the pixels themselves.

I assume this goes for most people (or I hope rather).

Just so you know, everything you see on a computer or TV screen or even a printed out picture:

It's all pixels. So everyone who claims they do not look at pixels are colossal morons.

Actually she's suprisingly attractive (especially when compared against the other infected in a recent poll that was just tooooo weird to think about).
For me though, easily the most attractive women in any game (for both looks and personality) would be Lara T'Soni. She was just.... wow and the new biotic Asari member in Mass Effect 2 makes Lara look like a goddess.
