It's your only option. Comply or be assimilated.
You guys are assholes. He hasn't responded since you told him where to find it.
There is no proof that he actually was stupid enough to delete a file which had fucking System written in it. He probably just went offline.
If he did not, however, go offline then I'm sorry but I will have to laugh. You might call me "emotionless" but hell, the guy was to stupid to use Google to see what System32 really is or how he could get rid of that certain virus.
But if you look at the first comments you'll see someone told him to call Technical Support right after a user told him to delete System32. It was pretty obvious that the tone I and the other user used in our comments was sarcastic and if he was to fucking stupid to realize that then he deserved w/e he did, if he did it that is.

WTF is wrong with you guys??????? i really wish all you system32 killers a virus that fries your damn bios. And why the hell aren't they banned or on probation??? how is this site going to remain serious if we go around screwing each other's computers? That poor guy probably just lost a great deal of money because of you, hope your happy since he did not even respond (therefor he probably deleted system32, hope you burn in hell)
So, you're asking the mods to put me and the other user on probation for being sarcastic? There was no way of realizing that he would actually take that joke serious. How was I supposed to know the intelligence of the OP extends to that of a 10 year old?
I and the other user did not, in any way, screw with that users computer. He was the one who supposedly pulled the trigger, not me. If he wasn't smart enough to use Google and see if that file is important or not then that's his fault, not mine or anyone else's. If he can't take a joke, can't research before doing, can't call fucking customer support, can't read the goddamn Windows XP manual, can't Google "free antivirus" and download AVG then brother, I have no pity for him "losing" money and fucking up his computer.
Besides, getting a copy of Windows XP is piss easy and getting one for free is just a few clicks away. Anything else he payed for(Steam games, video editing programs or such) can easily be reinstalled since he has the CDs and when it comes to steam he can just download the games online.
So, in reality, he lost 0 bucks.
