Sorry about breaking the flow of aggravating quotes, but gonna answer the something I'd rather never see again part of the question: RPGs with level caps per dungeon like Chrono Cross and Lost Odyssey. This screws with you two ways:
1. All the pointless enemies in the dungeon that you have to fight, but get nothing for.
2. It's always programmed so that you get the 'right' level in a few fights, so you can't keep your characters under-leveled either.

I replay RPGs because I like to level a lot the first time in order to experiment with all abilities and leveling possibilities (if the game has options here); then go the second playthrough with as low a level as possible to test my skills. This 'set level' system totally kills RPGs for me.

Way back when, square were about to go under. They sunk all their remaining funds into a single project. They named it "final fantasy," as it was either going to do well or they were completely done making video games.

Afterwards, all their "final fantasy" games are developed with the same suicidal investment. They either do well or they get bought out by enix. Which they did. Now they're whores.

Additionally, "Final Fantasy" usually refers to some element of the plot, the breaking of a cycle of some kind, the end of a world or the beginning of a new one. In the first, for instance, it referred to the fact that the heroes were breaking a big-ass time loop and that this was the time that they finally defeat Garland. FFX, likewise, speaks to the final destruction of Sin and Yu Yevon and the end of their cycle of death and rebirth.

They are indeed whores, however.

Besides, I'm usually on the winning team because I tend to help my fellow teammates, and if my team is repeatedly beaten, I usually keep on gaming until we win. But ofcource, it COULD BE that the winning team's players is just better then you...
