Is there something in a game you'd rather never ever hear/see again?

I shall start us off:

'Assuming direct control'

'Our recon plane will find them!'

'Tactical Nuke Incoming!'

Anything Harvest Moon or Pokemon related. I grew up with too many people who ALWAYS played them.

A few spring to mind

1) "SKRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" - I think we might know what that means
2) "Sir, our men are running away" - damn you Austerlitz!

"This team sucks, I'm leaving".

Do you really think the losing team cares if you're leaving? If you don't want to lose a game, say "Hmm, we're losing hard, and we are 4 guys short. Don't worry, I've got this!"

Stop giving up, grow up, take a stand, say "NO MORE!!" and make a difference!

...this applies to all forms of online gaming.

"We should split up" - ANY GAME
"Probe away" - Mass Effect 2
"I'll take those" - Gears of War 1/2, same with most "catchphrases"

Also, any non-MW2 variation of the "Ramirez! Do Everything" Trope and the whole "Tell my kids i love thAAAAAARGH!" Thing, wich is mostly just too cheaply used.

And almost everything any character in any game says every.single.time. when the player pulls a specific gameplay action.

"Thank you Mario! But out Princess is in another castle!" Really? If you know she's in another castle, could you kindly point me to the right one? No? Well then, I guess I'll just have to keep searching the other seven castles then. Thank for all your help!

"Snaaaaaake"?

"It's another Halo"

And does EA Sports still say it's name at the start of every game? I wouldn't mind that gone either...

I'm finishing the fight. I played halo 3 before halo 2, but still when i got to the end of halo 2 and i heard that sentence it gave me this empty feeling of sadness.

"HEY! HEY! HEY! LISTEN! LISTEN!" - A certain glowing little fairy who, were she to be featured in another game, would lead to a complete boycott of anything Nintendo-related. I might even consider staying clear of anything Japanese, to be on the safe side.

I just really hate games where your a "one man army"

Im sorry, but no single person can single handedly take out an entire army by themselves

except maybe Solid Snake...but hes a super sneaky clone so it doesnt really count...

Same as Hopeless, I hate when games say to "be continued" when they don't even set the game up well enough for me to want or care about a sequel.
