The fifth generation of pokemon, as i vowed i REFUSE to buy anything with the new pokemon on it! im only going to collect the old as 1-4 generations, i believe that they are only in for the money because they think us collectors,gamers as such will buy the 5th gen.... Everytime a new generation comes out they always seem to say "its going to be the last one!!!" to us.....




i wanna know what other pok'efans feel about this!

I havent played a pokemoon gae for ages due to my lack of a DS, or any gameboy better than the old schol original gameboy.

So im not going to buy this new one, i see no point without a DS

lol the game speed of the old games have nothing to compare to the newer games lol and the HD really kicks in when u play the GBA pokemon games on the GBA lol it hurts my eyes haha

They have never said this. And it's fucking Nintendo, they've been using Mario for how many years now?

And Pokemon is the only series I've seen where people complain about the game being expanded without drastically changing the core gameplay.

well the call of duty was good up and till the most recent one with the terrorists and stuff. i prefer the other ones because they backed up history of the world wars helpedme picture what it was like back then.....

To be fair, Pokemon Black and White look like the freshest Pokemon games since Gold/Silver. They're actually changing some stuff for these ones. Although, I do agree that they need to stop adding Pokemon, for a while at least. If you really have to bring new Pokemon to every game, just add one or two really good ones instead of arbitrarily throwing hundreds more in with each new game.

You can't catch them all anymore. While you technically couldn't since the gold and silver days (even technically with mew in the red and blue days) you could still catch most of them. Now you can't even get half of them. But hey what if you want to stoop to getting them from hackers and shit? Weeeelll you'll quickly find that the people who only need to put in codes into a device to instantly get any pokemon they want will ONLY want your hard earned legit shiny or max statted perfect pokemon. Fuck the modern pokemon games.

yeah and half of the ledgendaries they've made dont count in filling the dex! so there is like 9 or more worthless pokemon who arent really counted in the 493!

It's not like they don't have a long development cycle. The wait between gen 3 and 4 was unbearable.

I'm getting them, because I believe they are improving with each and every game. Peaking at Pokemon Platinum.

As long as Black/White isn't as changed as the Pearl and Diamond series I'll buy it. The remake of Gold and Silver was great, because it didn't have a bunch of terrible pokemon that no one, even the Pokemon fans, could remember the names of.
Fingers crossed Black and White is like Heart Gold/Soul Silver...

You can't catch them all anymore. While you technically couldn't since the gold and silver days (even technically with mew in the red and blue days) you could still catch most of them. Now you can't even get half of them. But hey what if you want to stoop to getting them from hackers and shit? Weeeelll you'll quickly find that the people who only need to put in codes into a device to instantly get any pokemon they want will ONLY want your hard earned legit shiny or max statted perfect pokemon. In platinum you needed the national dex to get the legendaries. To get the nationaldex you needed to see all the pokemon. You couldn't see all the pokemon over the course of the game because there are some that aren't in platinum at all. So unless you had older games or you deal with the cunts online you're fucked too. Fuck that shit. I traded in my platinum not long ago because I Was tired of that shit.

but also i think that they could use thier imaginations and use the ORIGNAL pokemon for something like for example pokemon Ranger games, they've got loads of other consoles they could make do with to make different/assorted pokemon games! im writing a fan flick from my own imagnination they could use that as a game! or make Movie based games!
