Pokemon RP Slots closed Chapter 11: I'm on a boat!

"Well, I could use some help cutting up this Usaring" said Magnus, surprised at the offer from a pokemon he'd had no real contact with.

"Wartortle, tortle, war, war" I know just the pokemon exclaimed Ace, walking over to Joel. Ace pushed a button on a pokeball on Joel's belt and a Duck pokemon appeared before the turtle pokemon. "Wartortle, Wartortle, tortle, tortle," Hey Blade, you ready for some slicing? "Fetch'd far far, Farfetch'd" Heck yes, just point me in the right direction exclaimed the Farfetch'd excitedly.

Blade sauntered over to where Magnus was dressing the Usaring. "Farfetch'd Farfetch'd?" Blade exclaimed looking up at Magnus. So, where do you want me cut. It's my specialty you know."

Jeffery picked himself up off the ground dirt having got in the most inappropriate places he shook it off and got up he was immediately greeted by lucario who pushed him causing Jeffery`s shoulder to roll back.
"I can`t wait we need to do this now" lucario calmly told jeffery.
"well then let`s begin" both Jeffery and lucario assumed a fighting stance they circled each other fists ready lucario took the first swing Jeffery ducked and responded with an uppercut hitting lucario in the gut,lucario who was on the ground swept his legs knocking Jeffery down with him lucario then sat on Jeffery`s stomach and started to lay into him punching him twice in the face lucario went for a third hit but Jeffery grabbed his fists and threw him off both of them got to their feet, Jeffery attempted a roundhouse kick knocking lucario in the gut but before Jeffery was able to take his foot away lucario grabbed it and twisted it around getting Jeffery in an ankle lock and landing him on his belly Jeffery roared and spun around now on his back he kicked lucario with his free leg in the stomach pushing him back and onto the ground Jeffery seized the opportunity and lept on lucario punching him in the face four times and slamming their heads together lucario looked defeated,Jeffery got off and wiped the blood from his mouth lucario staggered to his feet they both stared at each other with contempt.

Jared walked over where today's kill was being carved up by Magnus and a couple of the newest members of the group. "Ursaring, huh?" he asked. "Never had that before. Gamiest I've had was Stantler once or twice."

He let his newest capture out for a little air. The Shellder sat on the ground, it's tongue hanging out lazily. "So, I guess I'll just call you Shelly, simple enough." Shellder quickly pulled itself back into its shell, a quiet Shell coming from it as it did so. "Huh, not trusting that much right now, I guess. Ah well, I'm sure you'll come around sooner or later."

OOC: I agree w/stormcaller. Moves are usually subject to change w/o notice.

"Thank you, Blade." Magnus appreciated the help. "Cut right there... there... and there. Thank you." The Farfetch'd happily sliced wherever Magnus told him to. With the help of Chompers, he was able to safely remove the hide from the Ursaring in one piece. With Blade's help, he dismantled the bear Pokemon, cutting it into various cuts of meat.

"Thanks guys. We got this done rather quickly, we actually have enough time for us to cook some of it, and I am rather hungry, what about you guys?"

Magnus saw Lucario and Jeffrey finishing their dispute, rather bloodily. It looked like Jeffrey won this round.

As Magnus started to prepare breakfast, he saw a shimmering in the trees. He saw it a second time, he suddenly had a feeling of deja vu. Then he saw a Pokemon look at him, then quickly disappear.

Latios... Why?

Jeffery and lucario continued to stare at each other an aggressiveness in their eyes but out of no where both of their expressions turned to a grin and they shook hands.
"well it seems you`ve gotten stronger good job I though you had me with that ankle lock" Jeffery laughed.
"weird I feel much better now like a huge burden has been lifted from me thanks" lucario said chuckling at the end of his sentence.
"hey it looks like they`re cooking a ursaring let`s go grab a piece" Jeffery said excitedly.
"sounds good let`s go" lucario said following Jeffery who had already started to walk towards the cut up corpse of the ursaring.

Aari awoke the latest; it was odd for her to do that. She got up with a blanket wrapped around her to cover her up. She picked up Togepi and fed him a biscuit. She placed him down and went off to get changed. She put on a white t-shirt and red shorts and her sneakers. Aari walked over to Magnus who was cooking an Ursaring.

?Where?d you find that big thing?? she asked, observing it.

?Chompers found it.? Magnus laughed.

Aari nodded and walked back to Togepi who had just finished his biscuit. She let out Daisy and asked her to mind Togepi while she brushed her hair. Daisy replied with a nod and started to play with Togepi. Aari went off to brush her blonde hair.

Chompers was certzinly happy with his position, all the hubbub about the Ursaring had made everyone forget about the pile of fish he brought too, more for him then.

Rodney walked over to sit by Chompers then noticed the still-bleeding scar going down his face, Rodney horrified asked "Are you alright!?" Chompers replied, Huh?...oh you mean the scratch on my face, no problem I don't want to be a bother. But Rodney would hear none of it, he called Joel over and asked him if he could make a quick bandage the same as he did for Q.

While Joel set to work Rodney said "Guys we gotta move, we can eat on the run...just a gut feeling"

Aari came back after hearing Rodney?s words. She stood with the group.

?You don?t think they?re still chasing us do you?? Aari said, sighing.

Aari packed away her stuff into her bag and put it on. She did this just to be ready. She picked Up Togepi and Daisy stood beside her.

?So? We?re off to Joel?s house then?? Aari chirped.

Ooc: Guys I need a decision soon on the new guy, because we go through Saffron to get to Joel's house so there is no better time.

After dressing the cut on the rather large blue pokemon, Joel turned to address the group.

"Yah, I guess that we should keep moving" said Joel. "It's light out now so we need to be extra careful not to be seen. Follow me!"

"Wartortle, tortle!" Yah, follow us said Ace authoritatively.

Magnus saved what meat he could from the Ursaring, stored safely in the shrinkable cooler in his backpack. Walking alongside him were Reynard and Scout; Scout was telling Reynard the rules of the group. As the group moved on, Magnus could see the outskirts of Saffron City.

I really hope we're able to help them. Goodness knows no one else is going to try...

"Hey Joel," Magnus asked. "This path doesn't go through Saffron, does it?"

"Yeah, why?" Joel responded.

"Alright... I trust you. Just know that we have to be careful not to be seen by many Rockets... it might not end well."

"Well, we actually may have the element of surprise on our side. No one would expect us to walk into the Rocket's Lair," said Joel with a forced hopefulness, "I really do wish their was another way, but going through Saffron is the only way."

"Plus, maybe we could find some help. I have a sneaking suspicion that we may have to defend Celadon," Joel said with a sad look that was hard to hide.

 

[Mookie_Magnus]

"Hopefully we won't have to... though we should prepare for it." Magnus agreed with Joel's statement. "Celadon is a big city... it gets a lot of traffic from trainers, especially with Cycling Road so close by... shame my bicycle was totalled. I doubt that many trainers would put up with Team Rocket's presence in Celadon... especially not Erika."

Magnus looked down at Reynard and contemplated his future.
Should I evolve Reynard now, or should I wait for him to become stronger on his own and then evolve him?

"How much longer until we reach your place, Joel?"

aside from the rocket take over it was a nice day to live in Saffron city. thankfully he was able to get past the guard with out having to give over a pokemon. after a couple weeks beeing traped in the city he felt it was time to get Jack and Lilly some exercise after defeating the wild Doduo he saw the group walking towards Saffron. "Should we tell them about the guard, Jack or let them find out on their own"

"Kirlia,Kirl." Of course we should" and Lilly nodded in agreement.

"That settles it then." and he ran of to tell the new group about the takeover woundering where hes seen them before.

Ace's ears twitched and he looked towards the sound. "Wartortle, Wartortle," Ace began tugging on Joel's shirt and pointing.

"Someone's coming?!" Joel said with an alarmed tone. "We need to get ready, we may have been spotted by a Rocket" Joel addressed the group, "everyone get ready." Joel set himself against what may be a rather dangerous attack.

Jeffery grabbed his bag and did a final check him and lucario readied themselves preparing for an attack.
"come on I eat rocket scum for breakfast" Jeffery said putting looking around the surrounding area.

Seeing them prepare for looked like the worst he said "don't worry i'm not a rocket, trust me i wouldn't join them if they payed me as much as executive" and started walking twards them walking slower.
