jeffery wandered through the city streets seeing no sign of life only death and the corpses of rockets his Pokemon making into the inner city having been caught up in the hurry of battle. Jeffery shuffled along the streets ducking the rocket patrols and killing them from time to time the main forces having been moved to the inner city.
"okay you know what I`m putting a GPS on magnus or Rodney next time so I can find the group I mean hell they all follow the both of them like sheep" jeffery sighed hiding behind some upturned debris as five rockets trudged pass jeffery quickly moved closer to the gym hoping that someone would be in there he saw that the entrance was clear and made a run for it but accidentally he tripped over one of the many bodies he looked back to see who it was when he looked an expression of horror on his face he saw Rodney lying limp on the ground.
"No can`t be just can`t be him" jeffery said sobbing he crawled back to the corpse he sat there on his knees at rodney`s side whimpering.
"you`re not allowed to die I won`t allow it you cannot die" jeffery muttered his sorrow replaced with a burning desire he grabbed Rodney`s lifeless body and slung it over his back giving him a piggyback ride continuing to make his way to the gym.
"don`t worry Rodney you will live I swear it" jeffery said as he sped up to a jogging pace.
Aari had run off from the group. Maybe she could find Rodney?s body. It started to rain heavily. Her wound stung but she kept running. She turned a corner and faced a rocket. She quickly took out her knife, the rain wiping the blood off of it. The rocket merely looked at her sadly and walked away. She didn?t bother going after him.
Stepping over some corpses, Aari turned her head and saw the gym. She ran but fell to her knees in a puddle of rain and blood. She looked down and stood up. Nobody was around. The doors of the gym were barricaded off for survivors. Aari put her arms around each other in a last effort to keep warm. A small figure appeared in the distance.
?Aari! Aari! Aari! Aari!? A sobbing voice yelled.
Aari looked at the figure; focused and screamed in horror.
?Jesus, Jeffery.? Aari yelled running towards him.
They almost ran into each other and Jeffery came to an immediate stop. He looked at the barricaded doors of the gym.
?We have to get him in? Jeffery sobbed.
Aari started to cry as she saw Rodney. Despite that, she ran up to the barricaded doors and sent her fists into the wood. She kept banging and knew people inside could hear her.
?Let us in! You miserable mother fuckers! Let us in?? She screamed.
Aari slowly stopped and turned her head to Jeffery. She nodded her head in a way to say no. She took one last look at Rodney and began to bang the door again.
jeffery simply stood there holding Rodney on his back he looked on in agony as Aari was desperately smashing her fists against the barricade he looked on with sorrow standing quietly.
"DON`T JUST STAND THERE HELP" Aari screamed wildly banging her fists against the wall jeffery remained silent.
"we won`t be able to get in" jeffery finally spoke.
"we have to try god damn it" Aari turned to him and yelled resuming banging her fists against the door but suddenly then a small slide in the door opened and a voice came out.
"what do you want" the voice called out to them.
"our friend is badly wounded and he needs medical attention" Aari pleaded with the man behind the door.
"what`s the password" the man asked.
"Password we don`t need a fucking password just let us in" Aari screamed at him.
"no password no entry can`t have you being rocket`s in disguise can I" the man responded and before Aari or jeffery could say anything the slide closed. knowing they could`nt get in Aari collapsed to her knees sobbing still smacking on the wooden door feebly. jeffery looked on as Aari bashed the door crying her eyes out he then felt a surge of emotion running through him rage like he never felt before he propped Rodney against one of the gym`s collums and walked up to the door bashing at it with great strength splintering the wood the slide opened again jeffery walked up close to the slide angry as hell.
"listen you fuck my friend is dying and my other friend is a wreck I was in the cerulean beach brawl and I`m being hunted by rockets and I`m still alive do you REALLY want to be on the list of people I want to kill right now" jeffery said foaming at the mouth scaring the man.
"okay you can come in" the man said his voice visibility scared he closed the slide and then the doors creaked open making a small crack big enough for them to fit in jeffery picked up Rodney and walked to the door.
"come on we`re going inside" jeffery told Aari his feelings a mixture of sadness and anger.
"Thank you jeff" Aari sobbed she then wrapped her arms around him holding onto the warmth jeffery emanated from his face because of his anger normally jeffery would have relished this but he was cold and distant he simply waited for Aari to release her grip and get up so they could both go inside.
Aari and jeffery were glad to be in the warmth of the gym they looked out to see cots set up to treat wounded they simply walked over to the nearest empty one and carefully dropped Rodney into it jeffery then ran off to go find a doctor or anyone trained in medicine after some shouting he finally convinced a doctor to look Rodney over Aari and jeffery simply waited as the doctor made his examination.
Jeffery nodded quietly and leaned his head down, looking at his hand.
Aari simply put her knees up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them. The sheer cold made Aari bite her lip. A little bit of blood dripped from her shoulder. She simply ignored it and awaited Rodney?s condition?
jeffery stared at Rodney the doctor hurriedly examining him after about ten minutes the doctor turned to jeffery.
"he`s alive just barely but he`s alive he`s lost a lot of blood what`s his blood type" the doctor asked. jeffery stood there in shock he did`nt know Rodney`s blood type he stood there thinking for a moment but then something came upon him.
"I don`t know but I know my blood type O I`m a universal donor I`l give him as much blood as he needs" jeffery told the doctor an air of confidence in his voice.
"jeffery you can`t" Aari told him.
"I don`t care he saved my life back in cerulean I`l save his here" jeffery said heroically he then sat down next to Rodney and told the doctor to start the transfusion.
OOC: I say we wait until stormcaller gives his return to life post or if someone else needs to jump in with any words feel free.

Chompers was still outside fighting, knewing it would be what Rodney wanted. He was bleeding from multiple cuts and wounds. He spied a rocket with a Machine Gun with two guards off a little ways, he charged them and they opened fire, ripping into his flesh finally he closed in on them and ripped there heads off where they stood, he lunged at the last one but it was too late, he had loaded and fired.
Flesh was ripping off his face, the rain was freezing but still Chompers pressed on. He closed in and opened his now mostly skeletal head and Crunched into the Gunner, the last few bullets burying themselves in his heart.
Chompers the Naughty, Chompers the Brave and Chompers the Mighty all went too as the giant pokemon collasped.
No! this wasn't meant to happen! A mighty voice thundered.
What happened has happened we can't do anymore replied a young and pixie-like voice.
But you mean...you...can't? The deeper voice said sadly.
My travel is limited to the past even then control is not mine, you know who controls the flow of time, don't you? The pixie voice questioned.
Yes but he sleeps, it would be unwise to wake the timelord for something like this, but we must try! The voice for all it's ferocity now seemed scared.
Very well, we can only try if you believe it to be so important, Raikou. The younger voice aid growing fainter and fainter, as if diasppearing through time.
OoC: By finish later I kinda meant, a two-parter with a flash back to the main story in the mean time. Like the holding of Celadon for the rockets big final push.
Magnus watched as Chompers made a death-charge at the Rockets, taking out an entire squadron of them, before falling to his death. Magnus reassured Rodney's Pokemon that it would be okay, though they probably could tell he was lying. A familiar presence revealed itself to Magnus.
"Hello Latios." Magnus said. "Welcome to the end of the world."
Hello Magnus... The world is not at its end yet.
"It is for this city... Team Rocket will soon take over Celadon, and then the rest of Kanto."
Then why not stop them? You are capable.
"Yeah, I don't think that I could take on the entire Team Rocket force by myself."
One, you are not by yourself. And two, who said you had to take on the entirety of Team Rocket?
"How else can I stop them?"

"You mean... show myself to Lil' Giovanni and defeat him in a Pokemon battle?"

"Still... How will I beat him? He's the leader of Team Rocket, he's probably got innumerable amounts of strong Pokemon."

"Alright! Let's do this!" Magnus arose with newfound vigor, his Pokemon joining him as well.
I shall carry you to him, hold on tightly. Latios hefted Magnus upon his back and levitated in the air. Magnus returned all his Pokemon to their Pokeballs, reassuring Rodney's Pokemon that he would come back victorious. At immense speed, Latios flew through the battlefield, stopping in front of Giovanni's forces.
"My name is Magnus... I am the one who stopped you at Pewter... I am the one who killed one of you in Cerulean... and I challenge your leader Lil' Giovanni to a Pokemon battle."

jeffery sat there a hose running out of his arm and into Rodney the blood being drained from him and put in Rodney to make up for the blood he lost jeffery slowly drifted off to sleep as he became more exhausted from drop after drop of blood was taken from him.
jeffery found himself standing in a black void he looked back and forth to see if he could see anything in the distance he could see a statue it was too far away jeffery ran after but but after about what seemed like ten seconds he bumped into it as if he had gained a burst of speed he was`nt aware of he looked at the statue and stared in amazement: it was ho-oh the bird of flame as soon as his eyes met the statues a bright white flash of light blinded jeffery
Jeffery awoke still sitting there pumping his blood into Rodney in an attempt to save his life.

Jared could only watch as a Pokemon he had never seen before emerged in front of Magnus, and they converse, as if they already knew each other. He then hopped on the mystical creature and flew off towards the Rocket's command center. After he left, Jared snapped out of his state of shock.
"What the....hey wait a second! Magnus! What the... son of a!" was all he could really get out, as he gave Angus a quick kick to get him going in the direction he thought he saw Magnus going. He didn't get far though, as the sudden bursts of light overhead alerted him to something else going on. It was Sparky.
"Sparky buddy! What's going on up there?" Jared asked but he got no response, the sparks surrounding Sparky just grew larger. Then he looked out on the battlefield. Two bursts of red flew from a couple of Rocket corpses, and two more Magnemite appeared. They made a beeline right for Sparky and collided into the electric force field around him. As they did so however, the light show suddenly stopped and three Magnemite just hovered there, as if they were one cohesive unit. Sparky was now a Magneton.
"Oh, and here I thought God was coming to smite all the Rockets. Ah well, nice going Sparky! Now let's see if we can't catch up with Magnus." Jared returned Sparky and Nicky and rode Angus towards the command post. I don't care what Magnus thinks, he's not taking on that little psychopath alone.
Magnus waited, with Latios floating aside him, for the coward Lil' Giovanni to show himself.
"My my..." A charismatic voice said coming from behind. In front of Magnus stood Lil' Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket, a man who looked no older than 20. "Aren't we brave? Challenging me to direct combat. Tell me, why should I battle you?"
"If a leader does not lead, how can he expect his followers to follow?" Magnus said, defiantly.
"How logical... Very well. Will battle you." Lil' Giovanni revealed his Pokeballs. "We shall make this a battle Four against Four. I'm assuming you plan to use the Legendary Latios in battle against me, yes?"
"Should it be necessary, I will."
"Alright. Tell me, what is your name?"
"It's Magnus... not that it matters." Magnus wondered why Giovanni wanted to know his name.
"Oh, it does matter. For when the history books are written, yours will stand out as one of the few who dared to face me directly, with a Legendary Dragon by his side. Now, let us being. Make room for us boys!"
Magnus and Giovanni squared off, glaring at each other.
"Porygon Z, time to battle!" Giovanni called out an obscure pink and blue Pokemon, one that looked as if it came out of a video-game.
"Reynard, I choose you!" Magnus called forth his Vulpix, who looked at the strange Pokemon and growled.
"Now, let's begin! Porygon Z, use Tackle!" The odd-Pokemon floated and slammed into Vulpix, who did a flip in the air and landed.
"Reynard, Will'o'Wisp!" Blue flames rose and struck the Porygon, burning it. "Now, Quick Attack!" Reynard slammed into the Porygon, and dealt damage to it.
"Porygon Z, use Signal Beam!"
"Reynard, use Flamethrower!"
The two Pokemon shot their respective attacks and they met in the center, resulting in a wave that shot outward. Both Pokemon were hit by this wave and confused by the result.
"Porygon Z, use Discharge!" The Virtual Pokemon discharged electricity, damaging itself and Reynard.
"Reynard, snap out of it and use Payback!" The fox bashed himself against the Porygon, dealing extreme damage. The Porygon took damage from its burn and collapsed, hitting the ground.
"Return Porygon Z." Giovanni returned his Pokemon. "You need another upgrade it seems."
"Excellent work Reynard." Magnus cheered on his Pokemon. "Keep it up, there's more."
"Hmmph. Enough playing. Go Dunsparce!" A yellow wormlike Pokemon came from the Pokeball and hovered, staring at Reynard. The Dunsparce took a battle stance.
"Reynard, use Flamethrower!" The blast of flame hit the Dunsparce, who coughed slightly and shook off the attack.
"Dunsparce, use Ancientpower!" From deep within the ground, boulder rose and struck the Vulpix, knocking it out. Dunsparce glowed slightly from the attack.
"Reynard, return. Go, Scout!" The Furret popped from its Pokeball and its fur bristled when it saw the Dunsparce.
"Dunsparce, use Iron Tail!" The Dunsparce's tail glowed like Steel.
"Scout, use Sucker Punch!" The Furret sped past the Dunsparce's tail and punched it in the side, dealing damage and negating the Iron Tail.
"Dunsparce, use Roost!" The Dunsparce floated higher, and restored its health.
"Use Brick Break!" Scout jumped up and slammed its tail down on the Dunsparce, knocking it to the ground.
"Use Ancientpower!" The ancient stones flew towards Scout.
"Use Sucker Punch!" Scout sped through and punched the Dunsparce, resulting in both of them being hit by the stones. The Dunsparce fainted from the strain and damage.
"Dunsparce, return!" Giovanni called back his Pokemon. "It's okay, you made daddy proud."
"Scout, use Rest!" The Furret returned to Magnus and slept, restoring its health but leaving it vulnerable.
"Toxicroak, make short work of that little rodent!" A Toxicroak came from the Pokeball, posing in an attack pose. "Use Focus Punch!" The froglike Pokemon's fist glowed and it struck Scout, doing severe damage to it.
Scout woke up from his Rest, severely damaged from the Punch.
"Scout, Quick Attack!" Scout slammed into the Toxicroak, doing damage to it.
"Toxicroak, Poison Jab!" The Toxicroak stabbed the Furret with its stingers on its fists, causing Scout to faint.
"Scout, return.." Magnus called back Scout. "Go Quillz! Avenge your friends!"
Quillz beamed out of her Pokeball and roared ferociously, the flames on her back roaring and the Charcoal on her neck glowing red.
"Quillz, use Flame Wheel!" The huge Typhlosion curled into a massive flaming ball and bowled over the Toxicroak, burning it.
"Toxicroak, Focus Punch!" The Pokemon charged its fists, preparing a powerful attack.
"Quillz, Flamethrower!" Massive flames flew from her mouth, incinerating the Toxicroak and knocking it unconscious.
"ENOUGH!" Giovanni yelled as he returned Toxicroak. "I have played your game long enough. Now I show to you, my weapon!" Giovanni held in his hand a purple and white pokeball... A Master Ball!
"Mewtwo! Serve your Master!" Lil' Giovanni threw the Master Ball into the air and released it. In the purple and grey glory, stood Mewtwo, poised to destroy.
As you wish, though I warn you... Do not abuse me as your father did.
"I know my father's mistakes. Now battle!"
As you wish! Mewtwo descended onto the battlefield and pointed his hands at Quillz.
Latios flew in front of the attack and use Protect. Typhlosion, protect your trainer and get him out of here alive. The world still has a need for him. I will hold off the Clone as long as I can. Now go!
"Wait, what do you-" Magnus was cut off as Quillz grabbed him and curled herself into a ball and rolled them to safety.
Titans clashed as Mewtwo and Latios did battle. The air above them quivered with their power as they grappled for the fate of their world.

Now would be a good time for your plot to go ahead and begin stormcaller, seeing as all the cards are in place. Oh, and TYF, stormcaller said you couldn't have Palkia or any of the Major legendaries as a guardian, and we only have dreams of our guardians.
Magnus tapped Quillz's pokeball and called her back inside it.
"I'm sorry Quillz, but I have to do this." He said. He ran back to Lil' Giovanni to finish their battle.
Latios and Mewtwo were an even match for one another, neither seeming to relay any damage to the other.
"Latios, use Dragonbreath!" Magnus shouted across the battlefield.
What are you doing? I told you to leave this place.
"I don't cop out on a battle, no matter what the stakes."
Alright, I will battle for you. A blast of purple flames shot from Latios's mouth and struck Mewtwo in the chest, catching the Clone off-guard.
Enough! Mewtwo shouted telepathically. Giovanni, you have failed as your father has. I cannot serve you anymore. With a wave of Psychic energy, Mewtwo shattered the Master Ball, releasing himself from its hold. I have grown tired, I now return to my home in the caverns.
Mewtwo teleported away, leaving Giovanni with no Pokemon and a lost battle.
"Lil' Giovanni, it seems that your last Pokemon is no longer able to battle." Magnus told the Leader of Team Rocket. "Whereas I still have Pokemon who can. You have lost, as has Team Rocket. Leave Celadon, and do not come back."
"No! This cannot be!" Lil' Giovanni shouted. "You may have won this city, but Saffron is still mine!" Lil' Giovanni called out on the intercom system. "Team Rocket, fall back. There is no longer any point to this invasion. Return to Saffron City... for the time being."
As quickly as they came, Team Rocket had vanished.
"We did it... We actually did it..." Magnus said, falling to his knees out of sheer awe and joy.
My job is done... Farewell Magnus... Until we meet again. Latios disappeared with jet-like speed and flew back to where it came from.
The pain in Joel's leg and arm had caused him to pass out in Ace's arms. Joel found him self lying in a field of flowers. He stood up, his leg and arm miraculously healed and looked around. There were flowers as far as he could see. Suddenly, he heard a rustling in the flower patch. He began looking around and saw what looked like a patch of flowers moving through the flowers. Suddenly, he heard a small voice saying, "You need to wake up, it is not yet time for us to meet," as the world began to fade. Joel awoke with a start in the Celadon City gym with some odd trainers around him, as well as Ace and Eve standing there.
Quillz carried Magnus back to Jared and what was left of Rodney's Pokemon team. Magnus saw Jared rushing over to him, looking worried and surprised. He saw Sparky had evolved into a Magneton. As they began to rest, it began to rain. Jared herded all the Pokemon to the Gym, while Quillz and Nicky carried Chompers's body with them.
"Ty, Typhlosion... Typhlosion..." This world is filled with madness, and that madness led to the fall of a great giant. Enjoy your slumber, my big blue friend... Quillz's eyes began to tear up as she carried the remains of the Feraligatr.
The group reached the Gym, with the rabble of trainers guarding it.
"Go away Rockets!"
"I am no Rocket, now let us in." Magnus shouted at them.
"Prove it. You could be a Rocket spy disguised, planning on destroying the gym."
"If I were a Rocket who was trying to destroy the Gym, there would be nothing left of you but ashes. Now let me in children. My name is Magnus... and I have defeated the Leader of the Rockets."
"Do you really expect us to believe that?"
Magnus showed the Rainbowbadge to them through the window.
"Now do you believe me?"
"Yeah... Let the guy in!"
The doors opened and the group poured in. Magnus saw Aari sitting and crying in one of the rooms. He ran over to her and held her in his arms, ignoring his sheer exhaustion to console her.
"Magnus... you're back." Aari managed to choke through. "Rodney... he's..."
"It doesn't look good, does it?" Magnus asked her.
"No, it doesn't... Jeffrey donated some of his blood for a transfusion, but I don't think Rodney'll make it much longer."
"He'll make it... Rodney's not the kind of kid who'd just up and die on us... and I think that Jeffrey's stubborn enough to not let him die, even if he kills himself, the foolish bastard."
"Do you think so?"
"I sure as hell hope that I think so..." Magnus hugged Aari tighter. "Come on, we'd better make sure everyone is here..."
Joel, remembering what had happened, let Leaper out of his pokeball.
He turned to some of the trainers sitting on the ground, "Have you seen a Marowak helping a young girl?"
"Marowak, wak, wak," you mean me Joel? a familiar voice said.
"Q, oh thank goodness you're all right!" Joel said, running as well as he could towards the pokemon and hugging her tightly.
"Blade is...is..." Joel couldn't finish the sentence.
"She knows Joel," Erika's voice rang out clear among the din of trainers, "now lie back down before you make your injuries any worse, we don't need any more of you trainers coming close to dying on us."
"Wait, what do you mean?" Joel asked, clearly having not heard about what had happened to Rodney.
"Your friend Rodney is hurt bad and might not make it, but you're no good to him unless you rest some more and I won't take no for an answer," the gym leader said, looking at Ace.
Sorry Joel were the last words Joel heard, the Blastoise making him sleep using his new found psychic abilities.
