Pokemon white and black legendaries

I gave up on Pokemon a long time ago.

I probably wont be buying black and white.

And what are these the legendaries of? To be honest, I stopped caring about them afte the third gen. I always liked the elemental trios, but with palkia and dialga, they had no definite element, weren't in a trio, and I didn't know what the fuck they were supposed to be. At least with Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno, I knew they were birds. The dogs kinda pushed it, but they were cool nonetheless. And Groudon, Rayquaza, and the water one (Can't remember it's name at the moment), those were my favorite of them all.

Either way, it doesn't matter. I'll probably wind up leaving him/her in the Boxes anyway.
The black one looks cool though.

EDIT: Hurrr, Reshiram has it's wang out.

There not as bad as the laste generation but they do share a real simliarity with other legendaries of the previous generation. They still don't beat the first few legendaries. It's sorta like how the orignal megazord beats the newer ones even so the newer ones aren't all that bad.

When I first saw these my jaw dropped alittle. They're awesome. I'm really digging Reshiram. Good ting I already decided to get White.

I am not impressed. Not that the pokemon look bad (the Black one looks pretty sweet), but with the title "Legendary"....They've already made a God pokemon, how much more powerful can it get?

This is precisely how I feel. I mean, they started with "Legendaries are strong" then went to "Legendaries control the elements" until finally "Legendaries control space, time, alternate dimensions, and EVERYTHING". Unless these two can control Arceus, then the Pokemon Company has backed itself into a bit of a corner. Not a large one, mind you.

But that doesn't mean that these aren't awesome.

What corner did they back themselves into? They don't need to top Arceus. They can easily go back to the roots of Legendaries being awesome, rare, one of a kind, powerful Pokemon without making them create something. At least, that's what I hope will happen..


I really wish they didn't alternate Black and White legendaries. I was going to get the black version but now I have to get the white version to get the black Legendary? This is too confusing. What happened to keeping it simple. Ruby is Fire Groudon. Sapphire is Water Kyogre. Pearl is pink Dragon. Diamond is blue dragon.

It's not that they need to top Arceus, it's just kind of funny that they just kept moving in the direction of "what's bigger and mightier than the previous guy" and now need to take a new direction. Again, it's only a minor problem, and more of a philosophical one at that. I actually am looking forward to what they do with these newcomers in terms of background and storyline.

I planned on getting White, and my brother getting Black.

I'm semi-sorta reconsidering though, with the legendary reveal... Zekrom is badass, but Reshiram might be more my thing.

Also, quick note: Reshiram is a white dragon with blue eyes. Zekrom is a black dragon with red eyes.

EDIT: Also gonna come out and say the obvious. Angel and Demon pokemon. Those worrying about where this next generation is going...
