The Mayan Calendar states a change, nothing more, the end of the world? Stupid to think it'll happen on a date predicted thousands of years ago. It's only a change to a new calendar I think. Tired of people thinking the world is gonna end, and I will point and laugh at everyone who did, if they're right, well I'll be dead due to the apocalypse I won't care. Plus, didn't Nostradamus predict a lot of things that happened, like even 9/11/01, and the last TV show I saw on his predictions stated he had prophecies and visions dating well into the year 3000. I may be wrong on that, I was a bit young when I saw the program though.

Many people think that on December 21, 2012 everything will change. What will change is debatable however and i figured id ask you all. People using Mayan prophecy believe it will be the end of the world, or possibly a rebirth of sorts, and they have a pretty good record on calling things or so iv heard. One of my friends called alien invasion and was serious but i have no idea what he thinks half the time. Others believe nothing will happen. So I'm not sure where i stand on this but maybe some of you can enlighten me.

The story goes that the Mayan "Calender Of The Sun" suddenly stops on one point. Scientists calculated that point and it turned out to be roughly Dec. the 21st of the year 2012.

Because the Christian Bible says The Great Apocalpyse will happen one day, alot of people associated this with the ending of the Mayan Calender. Some even say it will happen on exactly 12:00 o'clock.

I'm Catholic(not the die-hard kind), but to be honest, I hardly doubt that anything will happen on that specific date.
