I am merely using a slightly more familiar potential situation which has a similar reaction that relates to this argument.

I find it quite laugable that just because I do not care I am being insulted as deeply as that.

This is your original post. First off, you act like someone is forcing you to care.

And quite frankly, the only way I believe that I am going to get this through your head is by using a comparison. Bare with me.
A person at your job just had a death of a family member very close to them. For some reason, they decide to let you know that.

Get it now? For a good deal of people, Primarily Americans, this was as real as the world got. Someone actually attacked The United States. Something that hadn't happened for 60+ years. Lots of innocent people died in a very short period of time.

I'm not telling you to care, I'm telling you to..... cool it? Not be so rash and a dick about. We're asking for your opinion, not an open invitation to be an asshole.
