Well, I'm a courageous person.
There's always parts in a game that make you jump, but seeing as I played Doom 3 when I was 11 and only jumped when Imps jumped through doors at me.(And ironically, I jumped startled in real life, and jumped literally in-game, ironically getting the *Jump* on the Imp(I jumped over him XD))
After that, I actually PREDICTED when, what, and where things happened.
Somewhat boring.
There are only two games that actually keep me on edge nowadays.
Going into the Deathclaw Sanctuary in Fallout 3 armed with only a .357, scoped .44 (Almost broken and with only 13 shots), and a combat knife, I was pretty uneasy, in fact, I snuck in, took a bobble head, book, and ran like hell.(Hey at least I had a mod that changed the .32 to .357 and increased the damage of said .357(.32), otherwise I wouldn't have even gone in.)
And Bioshock was atmospheric, actually kept me uneasy 'till I got the shotgun.
Hooray for electric buck.
