I couldn't watch Drag Me To Hell. But I'm notorious for being unable watch anything with shocks. Which is a shame, because quite a lot of those films have some really interesting ideas. Ugh. I need to 'man up', as they say. Masculate!

Oh, the list is long for me. These types of movies and games easily scare me, I don't let the fear control me though, like where I go and wether I turn on the lights.
Games:
Call of Cthulu: Dark Corners of the Earth (I think that's what it's called).
FEAR.
Shellshock 2.
Bioshock.
One of the first Resident Evil games for the nintendo.

Movies:
The Shining.
The Ring.
The Grudge.
It 1 & 2.
The Blair Witch Project 1 & 2.
Gothica.
Silent Hill.
Youtube videos from one of the Thief games, the cradle of something level i think.
Resident Evil (1, the others were more action movies than the first.)

There are more in both categories, but I think you get the picture.

Ju-on, Japanese version of The Grudge. I was ten, it was 1 in the morning, I was by myself in the dark. I shat myself.

Still scares me D:

This, because I haven't played any other "real" horror/ atmospheric games (I don't count Fear, because I was only surprised when Alma decided to play peek a boo with me while climbing ladders).

Oh, and when I was playing my level 2 in Fallout, and the game decided to spawn a Deathclaw.

Condemned 2 at the beginning especially when those monsters burst out of their sack things and grab you; now that made me jump. But then when every enemy had a gun and I had superpowers the fear was gone.

The most prominent memory of something like this is when I got to the plot twist of the first Halo game. It scared me so much I stopped playing for a month.

Before I found out about the auto-rez tube things in Bioshock it scared the shit out of me, especially the beginning with the Splicer shoving that guy against the Bathysphere. The only movie I can remember that scared me was War of the Worlds....
When the tripod sucks the blood out of one of the men while he's still alive gave me nightmares for days after

The movie Sunshine scared me, despite being scientifically flawed and physically impossible, even without the man on fire "sent from God".

condemned (of course), BioShock scared the hell out of me, and Fallout 3 as well. As for movies, I've never really watched one that has really terrified me.

The most frieghtening game I've ever played is silent hill 2, so scary that I couldn't play it for more than an hour at a time. I've left it alone completely in fact. Every time I walk down a corridor I shit myself.

Any non-co-op horror themed level (even flood levels in Halo) scare me.

Not so much now as when I was a few years ago when I was 10, but still a little.

I find it kind of funny that I lose all my fear of the game and just start kicking ass when someone else is playing co-op with me...
