Poll: Achievements or Trophies

I know the two are identical in terms of how to earn them, but which one feels better to obtain for you? Trophies or achievement points and why???

I don't care how many achievements/trophies I have, and I don't care which type I get.

Achievements, but only because I started those first. I just can't be bothered to care about trophies or steam achievements. It's too much to keep up with.

Also, I love arbitrary numbers. Actually, I suspect that's the real reason.

trophies, it sounds like a bigger deal, even though you've done EXACTLY the same thing in most cases.

I really couldn't care less about them unless they unlock stuff in-game, or gives in-game experience.

seeing as how they are effectively the same goddam thing I'll say achievements because they were first, and I like having a large number on my XBL card thingy.

They're both worthless, I don't like either.
I liked it better when a game would reward you with things you could use in the game.
Example:
gta4 vigilante gets you an achivement trophy instead of better armor.

Neither, unless I accidently unlock and achievment/trophy or it's story line related I never go for them.

I've never been all that bothered about this kinda thing but I was more into it on my 360 than PS3. When I had either console that is.

I'm going to be difficult and answer both. On my Mac playing WoW or SC2 it's achievements... on my PS3 it's trophies, I don't favor one over the other.

Trophies, because I don't own a 360. That, and the sound I get for GFWL achievements isn't as satisfying as the sound for getting a trophy.
