Yep. They had a larger percentage of excellent, unique, and all-around fun games. The nostalgia is nice, too.

I still have my PS1, I just got an SNES again, and I'm gearing up for a Genesis now.

Well...I've got my SNES and C64 plugged in next to my 360, does that count?
My friend down the street has her Atari plugged in, does that count?

...Sorry, just trying to stick with the apparent format.

Well, I've still got Majora's Mask(which i've yet to beat), OOT, Goldfinger, Mario Party 2,and the Mortal Kombat Trilogy, so my N64 is still worth a fair bit of fun every now and again.

I screwed up this is supposed to be for Fredrick2003.

Yeah like Nintendo's actually still making money selling Star Fox 64. Yeah I know they sell it on the Wii's online but they're a multi-billion corporation they can afford a few fans downloading classics for pure nostalgia. If they want to make money they should make better games and stop trying to milk their greatest hits dry.

I got an N64 still working just fine, plus I have Goldeneye007 and Perfect Dark for it, the greatest FPSs ever. Can't wait for PD64 to hit Xbox Arcade! :D

Of course! What a silly question! The Super Nintendo is the greatest system ever made, after all.

By the way, ladies and gentlemen, the Nintendo 64, as charming as it was (and still is), does not count as "retro." It came out in 1996, for christ's sake. Now...the Famicom? The Magnavox Odyssey? Colecovision? That's "retro." (This goes for the original PlayStation as well.)

Oh, you young whippersnappers and your Haloes.

Get off my lawn.

I have a PS1 for the sole purpose of playing FF7-FF9. I can just never bring myself to actually do it (I barely started 7 and 9, and I'm stuck on the third disc of 8). My copy of FF9 is kinda buggy too, so even if I start I don't think I can finish.

I have a Dreamcast and wish I had more decent games on it. I have Timestalker and Gundam: Side Story 0079. Both are decent, but that's pretty much all I have...

Is PS1 actually retro already?
