Well, to some extent. I'm a BioWare fanboy, a bit of a Valve fanboy and a LoL fanboy. But I don't let that get in the way of arguments. I can accept that some might think BioWare makes crappy games [small]even though anyone with half a brain would never do that!!! BioWare > awesome!!!!![/small] as long as they have a reason to. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. 
I guess i am. but its not to just a game.
Im kinda a Warhammer 40k fanboy. I love all races more or less equally.
I know all the chaos gods ((and theyer respective back storys)) by heart, i probably own a thousand bones worth of minatures, and i play it weekly with my friends.
So yes im kinda a fan boy, but not in the "HALOZ IS AWEZOME" sort of way.
And if anyone says a Spartan Is better then a Space Marine i will spray a 100 round drum of 7.62 into your childs playground.

No. there are a few games which were just great. No reason to discuss that with someone who is of different opinion though.
i was a fanboy only in 2 moments of my life, once i met my favourite musicians and was totally confusedm, and once i met my favourite author and didnt know what bullshit i was talking in front of him.
i hated me even more than japan in those moments.

the real question is what is the difference between a fanboy and a fan.I go by this
Do you believe a certain game,console or company can do no wrong and when someone does bring up something wrong.You instantly start to mention something else in the game or say it supposed to be like that to distract the person then you are a fanboy.
If you really like a certain game,console or company but are willing to accept they have had bad parts that have been done better somewhere else and talk about the problems as you explain what effect they had on it overall.From my point of view you are a fan

I knew you'd say that. In defence you never actually had to let him fight or buy shit for him. He was just as much as a lead character as Balthier, Fran, Ashe, etc.. All the characters equally were put into the spotlight in that game.
Aside from the characters, this game had the most content (exploration, Esper searching, treasure hunting in secret areas, monster hunting) and a damn damn good story. The graphics were also one of the best on the PS2. Most people ***** about the combat system but it was basically the active time bar buuut you can move around while the bar fills up. Whats so terrible about that idea?
