Poll: Are you buying Halo: reach?

I owned Halo 3. But only because of the hype around it. I found it to be a fairly mediocre game, in the end. Not bad, just nothing worth shouting about. I enjoyed the Reach beta; it seemed to be a significant improvement, but not worth buying new in my opinion.

A lot of people have high hopes for Reach, but I wonder how many people have been put off by Halo 3, but still show up as Halo 3 owners, and potential Reach purchasers. So, Will you be buying reach, and what's your Halo history?

Well I will say it again, no. I played the other Halo games, and there were ok and pretty fun for about a month.

Where's the "I'm only buying Reach for the improved Forge" Option? haha I'll get reach eventually, and I have Halo 1,2,3 and ODST. Not wars though. I'm not THAT big a halo junkie.

ODST was alright? i suppose?

but Reach genuinely looks decent in gameplay trailers so why not.

They are all I play. Half life 2, and the battlefield series are my favourite games. I also used to be a bit of a quake junkie; our graph comm classes were usually just lan parties.

I hated left 4 dead, though. And I loved Red Faction: Geurilla. So, my opinion doesn't normally fall with the mainstream.

I've only liked the first one (Mainly because I thought the pistol was kickass and pcuked one hell of a punch) but after that I liked Halo less and less. I won't be getting this game. It's just not my thing I guess.

OT: Yes, I plan on getting Halo Reach. I've liked most Halo games so far (was never a big fan of ODST) and Reach looks really good.
