good point, and the answer is yes, because extreme anything is stupidgoodman528 said:Can;t believe the extreme left is so popular. Is it still extreme if everyone believes in it?
Its just like Mtn dew. If they say it's extreme, some people will just take their word for it.goodman528 said:Can;t believe the extreme left is so popular. Is it still extreme if everyone believes in it?
like i said putting a label on yourself is just setting yourself up to be labeled retarded, for allowing to be labeledAsymptote Angel said:I'm liberal on everything except economic issues. I'm for the destruction of welfare. So I guess I'm a libertarian. Yeah, that'll do.
A Libertarian you are.Asymptote Angel said:I'm liberal on everything except economic issues. I'm for the destruction of welfare. So I guess I'm a libertarian. Yeah, that'll do.
Same here. Though if you really wanted to fit my views into a box, I'd be a left-wing socialist some non-interventionist right (pre-Teddy Roosevelt) tendencies. Really though, being committed to a specific political ideology is counter-productive, because there is always a best way to do something. And you should always be willing to "sellout" on your politics if the situation warrants for a process or action that, while uncustomary for your side, is the optimal. In other words, flip-flop, conforming to what's most logical at that point in time.L.B. I prefer to think of it as an identification. When people hear the word, they immediately know my views on most issues.Berndawg69 said:like i said putting a label on yourself is just setting yourself up to be labeled retarded, for allowing to be labeledAsymptote Angel said:I'm liberal on everything except economic issues. Because communism requires everyone to think/act the same or work towards an identical end, it can only be brought about by everyone thinking the same(not gonna happen) or a all powerful idealist perfect government.(also not gonna happen) I don't admire communism in the least I feel it robs individuality, rather making everyone a singular collective entity. At least thats how I perceive itBooze Zombie said:I would say I am a socialist and I do also admire the ideals of Communism, which I would like to add, has never actually been implemented.

And I'm not labeling myself, that's what society has labeled me. I could care less what society thinks of my views, but that word happens to describe them.
