I'm not understood would be the proper term, as an asexual most people say "you reproduce without sex?". I told my parents this and they wanted me to get checked out at the doctor, which is fine I guess there could have been a chemical imbalance.

We got a false reading the first time reading "low testosterone" and I got a great line from my mom I'll carry with me for ages "Hurray! See you're normal!" and my doctor laughed at that and said no, get another because I don't think you're low in that. (naturally built and hairy)

So here I am, anyone I try to explain this to they don't get it. I'm not gay, I'm not straight, I'm the social unknown.

Yes/Don't care.

Used to have a problem because of my eye scaring people but I've gotten better with it and people don't seem to see the scar on it.

Used to have a problem because of anxiety/nervousness/stuttering and such, but it's gotten much better than it was and now I seem more normal to people.

I'm introverted much of the time, but I can also be quite social at times. I usually get along well with all types of people (when I want to), even if they're vastly different from me. That's not to say that I compromise my ideals to be accepted; I just somehow get along with people anyway.

im an outsider always have been but since i gave up caring my life has been a lot better.Alot of my friends arent "society acceptable" but we dont give a shit and we end up doing the most crazy things while onlookers stare at us.As we say "we will live to the limit of freedom and see where it takes us"

I don't really care whether I am or not, but here's what I've noticed:

I'm a British-Australian hybrid in an American school. I have a cult following. Literally. Almost everybody in the school knows me, or has heard of me. Why? I have no idea. I keep to myself and my itty bitty group of friends, and yet everybody seems to know who I am. Constanty I am deemed 'teh awesome' because of my nationality and am often asked to 'speak in Australian' for people. *continues to ramble/rant*

tl;dr
I'm socially accepted.

I think I am. Most people think I'm preppy and stupid by the way I dress. I'm not very preppy. I just like wearing aeropostale.

[sup]Yes, I do know that I didn't say that I wasn't stupid. Sorry, but I am.[/sup]
Aeropostale is pretty preppy, but to each his (or her) own.

On topic, I personally don't fit in very well at my school. This is because I just don't have any desire to "belong", the main reason being, everybody at my school is a cliquey, pot-smoking, preppy little hippie. I often catch flak for being "different" because I don't have any "school spirit", I don't do anything with people from my school, and the way I dress. Don't get me wrong though, I have plenty of friends that I am very close to and I hang out with all the time, but all my friends live on my side of town, so no one at my school knows any of them and as a result they all think I am a shy, quiet, psychopath with no friends.

I have many, many friends and none of them think of me as a super nerd. I'm kind of fat and we all joke about it, but none have since the start of the new school year (gained 4 inches and lost 10 pounds baby!)

well no, and im pretty sure that it got something to do with my long black hair and my long black coat.
i changed my style a couple of years ago when i went from metalhead to old gothic style,
i walk in clothes from between 1700-1800 and have a long black leather coat to match.
im not allowed to come to church, and several stores don't want to sell me stuff, so i think im not socially accepted.

Yes I am, odd since I rarely leave my room. People just love me, I'm a colossal dick at that. Call someone a ***** and they cheer? People know my name who I've never seen. It's weird as fuck.

But then again I am awesome.

Yeah.

I find if you're generally a nice person, most people will be nice to you back.

No because I have the balls to be different. I don't give two craps either.

I'm not socially accepted because I refuse to conform. I don't just do it "to be different", I do because that's who I am.
i can identify with this

no not really. i try to be nice to people, but theirs something just not right about me that everyone can see. im not one of those people that try to dress or act weird because they think its cool i just really am odd. sometimes i wish that i had more friends to hang out with, but then i dont like most people anyway so maybe its better that i dont. when i was in highschool even the social outcast dident want to hang out with me so i just hid in the library during breaks.

I make friends very easily and also make friends in different social situations, I find it easy to hang out with people I don't know. At the same time I'm an introvert so I have to have a boundry where I can shut myself. I suppose I also feel insecure if a group accepts me but one of the members doesn't.
I prefer to spend time on my own.
