Poll: Assuming that you are alive 2 years after the Zombie Apocolypse or Nuclear Apocolypse or Both?

If you survive zombie attack you get to loot, but if you survive nuclear attack you get extra limbs. I'd have to say both.

my zombie survival plan involves the hostile take over and fortification of a wal-mart, but i wont go into detail here.
Basic cooking/biology, burn the cells by open fire cooking and you murder the cells. Murder the cells and they're harmless because you'd not be vulnerable to them taking over you because they're completely dead and can't do anything. I live by a couple crucial nuclear reactor plants that provide power for NYC... so I'm probably fucked.
But zombies aren't smart enough to do that, so I'll take my chances with the living dead. Plus all you need are melee weapons and your favorite pub to hole up in to survive!

The distance radiation travels depends on the type of radiation emmited, Gamma Rays would travel far from the source, and it is all invisible anyway, you might be salvaging scrap metal, and then you are exposed to the radiation, unless you have a radiation suit, which are hard to find.HentMas said:

nuke away as I live in the coutryside, bombing us would be a waste of a perfectly good nuke which we could use somewhere else
