Chewchy is the way I take my bacon. No offensive OP, I prefer my word over Crunchew.

Whenever I cook bacon strips, I do it on the BBQ. I always get the bacon consistency I want: slightly chewy with a satisfying crunch throughout. Plus, BBQ bacon tastes so much better and it appeals to my manly desire to cook things over fire.
