Personally, I like Return of the Jedi the best. Its just so epic. Ahh, now I wanna watch it.

This man speaks the truth. Also, Jabba's palace is such an amazing scene, no words could ever describe it accurately.

Star Wars as a whole sits on the top of my "Favorite Movies Of All Time" list.

My favorite movie was IV. It was the very first, it had awesome space battles and famous scenes on Tatooine, the force didn't yet play such a big role and it was not open-ended like V was. You need to watch VI right after V. At least that's how I feel about it.

I actually loved Revenge of the Sith, but there seems to be so much hate for the newer trilogy :S

generally speaking i prefer the new trilogy to the old. apart from the empire strikes back, atleast you don't have anyone hitting on their sister in the new ones...

I voted ROTJ, but in terms of quality the original trilogy is really close. Some of the only films I can watch (and have watched) literally hundreds of times without getting bored.

Also, while the new Clone Wars movie was crap, the series did have some awesome stuff going on, so I'd advise checking that out even if you hated the movie.
