Poll: COD4 or COD:WAW?

I personally didn't like the direction that COD:WAW stepped in, and it seemed like a backwards step from what had been achieved with COD4. Still, Infinity Ward is making the rest of them, so my hope is that we don't have to see another COD:WAW.

but WAW is easier to naviagate and to use in general (making classes ectera)
and im a fan of WW2, so WAW

I think Modern Warfare had a more in-depth story line. The gameplay was fluid, the weapon variety was amazing, and the multiplayer wasn't bad.
Plus, it wasn't about World War II.

I voted CoD3 cause the multiplayer was the best i've ever seen in a game. CoD5 comes second, as it is Cod4, but improved. Plus i love WW2.

Theres also a tonne of modern games....it doesnt mean you have to play them all, theres good ones and bad ones.

This is also a lie, Infinity Ward isnt making any more, they've dropped the name of CoD, which is good cause the only good ones they made were the original and its expansion.

yes, but most modern games take place in the middle east and have been overused just as much as WWII

I refused to play CoD WaW for reasons I can't remember now, but having played it recently, I honestly can't see a huge difference between 4/WaW. Apart from the different guns and perks, it's pretty much the same.
That said everyone on CoD 4 rack up points with random grenades and matyrdom, so I've lost all faith in both for the time being.

Call of duty alone has like 4, then add random developers, Medal of honor, and you get around 50. So yes.

Have you checked Hardcore mode? It's as close as you're going to get to a Martyrdom-free CoD.
