Vaultec, of all the corperations listed above I would say that vaultec is by far the most benign and working for vaultec there is at least a chance I'll get a vault residency reservation...

Umbrella corp for me. It's fitting due to the type of qualifications I am going for, not to mention, Umbrella is just awesome, I mean, once upon a time Wesker worked for umbrella corp (y'know, before he stabbed them in the back) so you know its a badass company. I would like to review the retirement package before I applied though (just to check if they even have one, as the mortality rate for that company seems rather alarming).
For the people asking why Black Mesa wasn't in the original options, it's because I don't consider them to be on the same level as the otehr companies I mentioned in terms of douchebaggery. They were manipulated into the incident that screwed up humanity.
