Bard, Chaotic Neutral (I prefer Chaotic Evil but my friends always have a paladin in the party).
I enjoy being a jack of all trades being able to pull something out of a hat in almost any other situation. And it gives me an excuse to sing annoying songs to my friends.
You mean inspire courage? The song you get at level 1? The one you can sing even if there isn't a fight going on?
I literally sing in my friends ears about our escapades and random things, just to annoy the hell out of them.
You don't... you know... take time to write lyrics or anything, right? You just kind of adlib the song?
Pretty much, though a lot of it is just me replacing words from existing songs and applying it to our situation.
"Hello, Hello, I don't know why you abandoned those peasants in their time of need, I say hello"

Usually LE Rogue, or LE Bard, or something like that. One of my favorite things to do was pass a note to the DM that read "could you ask {player X} roll a d20 just for shits and grins?". Kept the party on their toes. Of course my longest running character was a LN Psionisist from 2nd Ed I ran that toon weekly for almost 2 years. Started him at level 1 and by the time that campaign ended he was close to 20. Of course when Everquest hit our group switched over to that and now we are over at World of Warcrack with plans to maybe make a jump to the Star Wars MMO when that launches.

I play a sorcerer...
And I like playing a sorcerer...
...But my tendancy to pickpocket people and loot things probably indicates that I should play rogue.
Maybe I should multi-class?

I always play as true neutral, as it lets me actually do what I want. Though, admittedly, I do occasionally play as chaotic neutral. I just prefer neutral, as it gives me a chance to do what I want, whether that involves saving the kitten from the well, or killing the other guy in my party. It all depends on how I roll that day. Pun not intended.

Fighter, Chaotic Evil.

I like to play a big psychotic tank armored head to toe and swinging a very large sword, who's only really tagging along with the party to kill things and guffaw mightily while doing so. I think it stirs up the party dynamics in enjoyable ways.

I'd be a cleric because they're versatile and neutral good because I have a moral code but it says to do whatever benefits people the most, no matter what it is.

Can't tell you how many of people like you got punched in the face at my school...
On topic: I would be a rogue probably, 1 hitting back stabs are all so satisfying i will be a free lance who kills whatever annoys me, especially the color dark green D:<

Name: Baltherion Baenre (Yeah yeah, I know)

Class: Wizard

Alignment: Chaotic Evil

Race: Drow (Dark Elf)

I just had a fun campaign session last night.

I had a Barbarian, but Wizards are fun.

This is why I'm making a Bard named Sgt. Pepper.

It's Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band of Warriors!

A Ranger/Cleric or a Neutral Good Paladin.

Well, technically I'm lawful good. I'm just subject to different laws.

I always play as a Neutral Good Tiefling Avenger or I'm the DM. Both are equally fun to play.

In my 2 and a bit years playing 3.5 I've found Light Fighters are my thing.

My current (and fav) character is a Swashbuckler/Rogue who duel weilds keen Kukris and everytime he gets a crit he deals sneak attack damage (even if they are not flat footed). Character wise he is a bit of a psyco, always wanting to spill some blood. I tried to turn him CG but every time he had the chance to do good (capturing the bad guys) he ended up doing not so good (killing them all... It went something like "Wooah.. They shot at me.. Bad idea).
