Nope. My current avatar is supposed to be a gif but for some odd reason, I just can't seem to upload gifs for my avatars. I actually like gif avatars better than stationary ones.

You have to resize it. If the Escapist auto-resizes it, it kills the gif.

Use that to make the largest dimension of your avatar 75 pixels (75x75 if it's square like yours appears to be). Then reupload it. That'll fix it.

Thus, I got a friend of mine to make me this one today.

Yours is my favorite actually. I just caught the tail end of it out of the corner of my eye and watched it for several seconds wondering if I had imagined it xD

Overall, I like Gif avatars. Some of them are very funny and amusing. I ignore most of the others, especially anime, and there are very very few that I hate. Sorry Dags.

You seem to have missed out on the greatness that was the predecessor to Oblivion; Morrowind. That my friend is a Morrowind mudcrab in a tophat and monocle on a trip to the big city.

I've personally never had a problem with them. On the contrary, I think they are quite fun to look act now and then. Especially the one user who has the black and white one of some bug-eyed guy in a robe, and after a few seconds, he will look directly at me and grin menacingly.

Startled me quite a few times. Kudos to him.

Can't be any cheaper than Wesker. Goddamn, I hate that guy.

Some people spam the F+H combo, I personally do it so I can get them into a corner and then proceed to wreck their shit.

Sure it's easy to pull of the combo, but it's not really any harder than pulling off a simple L-M-H into launcher. Plus, Ammy pays for it by having the lowest HP in the game after Phoenix.

Thus is why I play only with friends who are within slapping distance. Secondly I hate using cheap tactics. It's like I can feel the heat of their anger as I dwindle down their life more and more.

But in all honesty I'm a flashy show off with MvC. I like to make sure I pull off a fancy and difficult combo on someone so as to let them know. YOU GOT YOUR SHIT ROCKED LEGITIMATELY!!

The show off finishes are always the best (unless it's Dante, and takes like 45 second to pull off a full combo, yet only does about a half bar of damage).

My personal favourite is to make sure I've got 3 levels of bar, rip them to shreds with X-23, get the hard knockdown, use ankle slice to hit OTG, all while calling in Ammy's cold star assist. Activate X-23's level 3 ultra and catch them in the Ammy juggle. If that hasn't finished them off, it also causes a hard knockdown, so if I've got enough super, I can usually hit them OTG and pull one last ultra off on them.

Ah and X-23 Catch Combo. Deadly indeed. I myself am quite content with a particular form of Hyper Combo-ing

First overhead bash them with Mango Sentinel then deliver an upwards kick and get about 3 hits in before passing an aerial combo onto Zero then get a few more hits in then pass it off to Wesker with his triangle attacks then pull off a Maximum Wesker Hyper Combo Mid-air and if their not dead by then I make sure to have 2 to 3 bars and pass the hyper combo onto Sentinel's Electric Ball and finish up with Zero's Rekkoha.

Out of the 10 times I've used it it's worked 7. It all depends on your opponents position when performing the Maximum Wesker so you know exactly when to pull off a DHC.

Complicated, but completely worth it.

I am easily distracted by continually movement when I am trying to read or write or watch tv (flashing lights or numbers on a dvd player/receiver/etc. annoys the hell out of me) or hold a conversation with someone. Supposedly that is a sign of attention deficit disorder. Whatever you want to call it, I can't help it. Bugs the heck out of me. So yeah, I don't like continually repeating motions while reading a forum. Don't get me wrong, I can live with it. I simply don't like it.

I fine with simple ones. Once you get ones that are to fast, to long or just sickening. Then yeah I hate them.

I'm fine with them. The only thing that bugs me are creepy face avatars. I actually ignored someone here because I don't want to see the creeper. True story: I spent an hour trying to make one once. I failed.

That's all right, though. I like Cap'n Jimmy.
