As a guy, I really don't. I mean, don't get me wrong, if a really pretty girl walks by it's not the farthest thing from my mind, but it's not the first thing that comes to it either.

In all seriousness not really as often as you might think. Once in a while, but it's not like every coherent thought gets disrupted by a picture of breasts every other second..

Of course not.

The only way that that is even possible is if you count the subconsious id that drives men to judge womens breast sizes without even having acknowleged the woman's presence, or something - and that's not exactly "thinking" so much as it is hormones.

That's pretty much the key part of your query. At school it's pretty much what everyone's talking about because it's seen as a conquest that will raise your social status, with people exaggerating a simple kiss to indescribable acts for attention.

TLDR: No, hormones during teenage years caused this stereotype.

To be honest, you probably can't just generalise and say that all men think about sex a certain amount.

But, for the most part, we do think about sex, alot. It's hardwired into our DNA.

The average Man doesn't think about it any less then the average Woman does. Women want sex just as much as men do, they're just less outgoing about it for whatever reason.

The most perverted person I know is female.

Yes and no.

Men do not constantly think about sex, and neither do women. On the other hand, humans are obsessed with sex, especially in our recently very open society where it's acceptable to talk about it again (Yes people were a lot more open about sex before civilization made them prude). But in that case, men do not think any more about sex than women do either, because women are as perverted, and have as much need to relieve their sexual urges as men do.
