Absolutely yes, and I'm not ashamed to admit it.
The thing that seems odd for people to be talking about, however, is whether or not men try to make conversation out of it -- which wasn't part of the question.
Yes, men think about sex almost all the time.
No, they don't try to make the conversation all about sex. We aren't quite as single minded as we're portrayed, though admittedly not far off.
You can disregard the notion all you want and try to portray yourself as a decent and unsullied innocent, but the majority of all men can't help but picture most activities as sexual almost instinctively. A woman eating a banana? Sex. A woman walking down the street in tight jeans? Sex. A woman climbing a flight of stairs? Sex.
Hell, I've had my mind turn to sex by the act of preparing a salad - don't even remember how.
It's nothing to be ashamed of, and frankly I'm certain women think about sex a good deal too - if for different reasons and in different scenarios. After Survival, it's the first instinct of any human to procreate. It doesn't help that it feels so damn good.
Edit: And, it was a self proclaimed woman who started this conversation in the first place.
