I hate coffee.
Seriously, I despise the taste of it. I have tried, many times, to develop a taste for coffee and it doesn't work. It's the aftertaste really. That bitter aftertaste that sits on the back of the tongue. Can't stand it. Even the sweetest Frappechino with whipped cream still has that aftertaste and it makes me cringe.
I absolutely love hot tea though. I don't understand the American fixations on hot coffee and iced tea, as I can't stand either one.
Oh, and I am an American by the way, as hard as that may be to believe from what I wrote above.
I also love British style fish and chips, I believe that soccer is the real football and American football is boring, and I think Americans need to stop acting like they are the be-all and end-all of the modern world.
And now nobody believes me when I say that I am, in fact, an American. I just happen to be a hardcore europhile.
