In many ways, yes. I cannot dance. I cannot sing. I cannot drawn for the life of me. My cooking can be charitably described as "simplistic". I do not posses any savant-like skills or talents, and anything that I'm good at, I know at least 2 other people who are better at it than me.

Having said that, I am not completely talentless. I can give a reasonable public speech. I have neat handwriting. I can read quickly and memorize a lot of information very quickly (it never stays in my head though). I am also lucky (although that's not a talent).

And I can work hard, which is a talent in and of itself.

But in reality, I'm just an ordinary person. I'm not a genius, but I'm not a simpleton. I'm not ugly, but I'm not handsome. I'm not short, but I'm not tall.

I am really quite average in almost every single way, except for my insane, fanatical dedication and devotion towards my species, glorious Homo sapiens sapiens, which I am aware borders on madness. Uh, that's not a talent though.

I do death metal/goregrind vocals. I'd like to think I'm somewhat skilled at them...

Yep. Like 99.9 percent of the population (if you're reading this chances are it DOES include you, don't delude yourself)
...and if anything were to shake my faith in humanity, this would be it.

You really think that a mere 0.1% of the population is talented?

Don't delude yourself.[footnote]See what I did there?[/footnote]

I'd say I'm a talented spy. Nothing creative, really; I can't paint, I definitely can't play an instrument... ok, I can write, and people say I should major in English even though I don't exactly want to. But making your presence completely unfelt, that's a specialty. You need the perfect feet, too. I did Taekwondo for a few years in my youth, and I was alright at it, sucked at the raw kicking portions of it, and I sucked at inflicting damage, but my feet were incredible. The balance, quickness, low noise level that's required to move around without anyone hearing anything is really underrated.

Of course, you can't prove any of this. After all, the only spies better than you are the ones you don't know of yet, and there's no way to tell how many of those there are.

I'm a pretty agile little bastard. Anytime I fell in soccer, I'd somehow roll and get back up without even thinking. In two years of working at a movie theater with slippery as hell floors, I've maybe fallen twice despite catching myself tons of times, mostly without even grabbing anything.

I play a mean hopscotch, too, bitches.

I seriously doubt you're completely untalented. Besides, generally people are talented at something because they've put enough time and effort into it to be good at it. If you're convinced that you have no talent, then take up a hobby or something; you'll be shit at it at first, but that happens to everyone.

And no, I feel fine. Got excellent grades, socially competent, good at videogames (hey, it still counts) etc.

I am so with you there. Back in regular grade school, I was the guy who knew stuff.

Now I'm in college, and where we used to be on the same level, everyone suddenly knows more and does more than me. It's like they got hit by cosmic rays while I got left out of it cuz of the walls of my dorm room.

People tell me that the crappy articles I write are funny.

So therefore I maintain a bland website leeching off of two guys' popularity in order to further my career as a future Geekologie or Cracked writer.

The only time I feel untalented is when I have to decorate a cake, I'm horrible at piping. If one of my instructors tells me to make a batch of bread and form it in whatever shape I want, I'm feeling pretty damn good about myself when I'm done.

You just haven't figured out what you're good at yet. It may not be the most obvious or traditional choices - music, art, writing - but you're undoubtedly good at something. Maybe it's cooking. Maybe it's parenting. Maybe it's keeping your lawn lush and green in the middle of a baking hot summer. Everyone has some kind of gift that makes them a bit special. Don't downplay the importance of the small day-to-day stuff. Being the guy who always knows just what to say to make someone in a bad mood laugh, or the person who fixes an absolutely killer milkshake...these are talents worth having.

I used to..mainly in High School when my best mate was getting top marks in most things and could play the trumpet fluently. But now he slacks off in uni and doesn't play the trumpet anymore. Feelsgoodman.

Yes my self-esteem lies in others failures...so what?

Edit: I also lost 19 kilos, put on some muscle and started studying, which helped me become much less of an anti-social neckbeard(minus the neckbeard).

It's crossed my mind on my bad days. Quite a lot of the time though, I feel like I'm at least above average at everything I do.
My depression comes from the fact that I feel like I could do anything with my life, however I don't know what I want most so I'm wasting my life in a crappy job that a monkey could do.

I wish I could play an instrument. but im 6'3 and I have huge feet and hands. I hands are too big to play a guitar efficiently, cant dance and people dont trust me with equipment thats expensive. my untalentness/self esteem problem is so low I dont even want to get into a car to learn to drive because I feel like its too much to handle and ill kill someone. ugh.
My best friend's 6'6 and proportional. His two main hobbies are playing the guitar and futzing with his Jeep. Just sayin,' you could definitely do either of those things.

And if your hands really are too big for guitar, try the bass. It's not as flashy, but as a small-handed bassist I sometimes wish my hands were bigger.

OT, no. I used to, but then I picked up some instruments.

EDIT: Also, drums. Chicks dig drummers. Dudes too, if you're into that.

Can you hit something rhythmically with a stick while stomping? Then you can be a drummer. Initial investment's a ***** though...

I'm pretty good at football(soccer). I was going to take it up professionally but I was too injury prone to go pro unfortunately.
However I was always interested in photography and enjoyed it eben though I was never really that good at it. So I learned all about that subject and now that's the direction i'm taking my life.
Just do whatever it is you enjoy doing and keep at that.
