This!Andalusa said:No, because I don't swing that way.
But the answer would still be no if the question was "Have you ever had a boyfriend/girlfriend?"
I agree 100% with everything said. I can't stand obnoxious people. I live on a dorm floor with all obnoxious people. I know there's a difference, but not much of one. It's probably a little of both: self-confidence issues and an inflated ego. If that makes sense? I like people who are confident, but not arrogant.Sakurazaki1023 said:I'm really not sure where that arrogant=attractive thing came from, but it may have something to do with making the person seem more confident. Most guys are the opposite, they take the "dude she's hot, I'd do her." approach (least the guys I know...). I can definitely respect that though. I'm sure once everyone gets older and more mature, it will be easier for you to find someone. I know with me it's been easier to find guy friends I have a potential with (some of them are pretty good lookin' too, along with an awesome personality). I think it's all about maturity and people are finally starting to grow up.Sakurazaki1023 said:The main reason I don't date is that I prefer personality and intellect over looks, which tends to make normal dating difficult. I'm 19 and I've never dated (but I'm a chick, which is almost worse!). I also know other girls, who are 19, and have never dated. I'm sure the same will go for you guys too.Sakurazaki1023 said:Likewise...Assassin Xaero said:Same here. :/Foggy_Fishburne said:Nope. Never had one. I'm 19 for the record. Let the taunting - begin!!
You got me beat by about 8 months though...
19, Never had a girlfriend...
Although I really was never looking for one in high school...
Damn, I hate being a statistic...
I just think it's funny how all of the guys at my college are complaining about how they never get girls when a lot of girls I know are single and pretty willing to go out with almost any guy who asks. It's just funny to me.
It's pretty much a Catch 22 unless we are introduced through a mutual friend or we work together in school...
It'll come, Sakurazaki, it'll come...
Yeah... It's no wonder that every male stereotype involves us not using the correct brain for decision making...
It's just a shame that popular culture favors the beautiful and brain-dead. But then again, many girls find arrogance attractive and I fail to understand that either...
Either way, I don't understand finding arrogant guys attractive. They actually really annoy me.
yea just like that (except it was two months ago now)chozo_hybrid said:Had one, was dumped just over a month ago. Were together for two years.
This is sadly the case on gaming forums.Bosola said:Lovin the heteronormity and assumption of a wholly male user base!

Yup, I'm the same age and I've never really been in a relationship. With any luck, this'll change when I work up the courage to ask...-AC80- said:arrantly i suffer from involuntary celibacy and love-shyness so of coerce not, epic fail i is

Dude, sorry, but smiling doesn't usually = 'having the hots for you.' If she really did, I think she'd have contacted you, doncha think? Just an observation. Good luck to you.slowpoke999 said:Well I think a girl I knew from year 12 may have the hots for me. See I took two girls to the prom because there were way more girls in our class and I was chosen to take two(Well not really, some girl I hated wanted to go with me so I quickly rushed to find one so I could already say I had two partners), when I asked one she said yes in a non caring way, and when we danced she didn't really care. But with the other girl, she smiled when I asked her and when she danced she gripped me hella tight.
I have only seen her lately at a shopping center the bus takes me after Uni, I know she works their cause I saw her wearing a juice shop uniform and she smiled and said Hi when she saw me before her mom picked her up.
I forgot what day I saw her but I've decided to try and meet up with her during one of her breaks to see if she really does like me
I resent this generalisation, having a nicest-guy-imaginable boyfriend- but also, I think that jerks and assholes are more confident/arrogant/obnoxious and are thus more likely to get out there and try to get a girl. Nice guys aren't usually forward and don't try as hard, and so they don't really get noticed as much.Flare Phoenix said:So tell me... what is the point of trying to find a girlfriend if girls just keep going after the jerks and assholes, and leaving the nice guys as their back ups?
And this sort of predatory behaviour isn't arseholish?Flare Phoenix said:The only way for a nice guy to get a girl is after she has been hurt by said jerk and asshole bad enough for her to realize he is a jerk and/or asshole
