Poll: Do you have a tattoo

America. It's apparently too "unprofessional" or something.

It's... hard to resist making a crack about freedom at this point, but something makes me think I'd get the axe for it.

Still, that sucks. And it's illogical, if only from a psychological perspective... a suprising amount of effort is put into making school 'not boring' for students these days, and one would think that a tattooed teacher would be something with the potential of ripping students out of their stupor and sparking attention and possibly conversation.

I am hoping to eventually become a world history teacher with hopeful plans of becoming a professor of political history. So my plans on tattoos are rather limited I only have a small pig wearing a bonnet on my leg (long story). A lot of the younger teachers and interns in my school had tramp stamps. However the art teacher at our school was tattooed all over and frequently smoked a joint in his office. What this has to do with anything I dont know just an experiance.

I'll describe them then. On my hip, my first tattoo, is a heart with a keyhole and some lines inside. My best friend, Kimberly, has the one with the key. ^^ We'd been best friends since 4th grade, it seemed justified.

Second tattoo, my beloved side-piece. I have branches from a sakura tree stretching from my right hip to just under my armpit. They're quite delicate and look like a painting, which happened to be exactly what I was going for.

On my back, under my left shoulder-blade and inwards towards my armpit is an old time revolver, with the words 'If this is what you want, then fire at will.' The line says a lot about my personality if you know me. ^^

I'll contemplate posting photos with this later.

I have four. Sephiroth on my inner right forearm. Kojima emblem on my left pec. Ject symbol on my right pec. Domo kun on my left bicep. Next one I'm getting is a huge triforce chest piece.

I had one a good while ago. I was with a bunch of friends, (read: 5 girls, 3 guys including me) and I got a henna tattoo of a Dragon. If only it lasted for more than two fucking months.

Apparently I am the type of guy that no one would expect to have tattoos, since none of them are visible and I have a pretty highly regarded job at my university. However, I love them, have them on either side of my chest, and am going to leave to get more in less than an hour. Again - SO PUMPED.

No, no no no no.... Im sorry i dint mean to be a jackass. But I love my tattoos and I hate seeing tramp stamps. By all means its your body and if that has a certain significance for you then more power to you. But you asked Whaddya think?... I think a Zelda tramp stamp may be one of the least cool designs I have ever seen. Btw I now kinda feel bad sofeel free to rip into mine <<<<<<<< avatar

I know how you feel I have to get shirt lines drawn when I have mine because I will be gong into professions where exposed tattoos are frowned upon. stupid society and their misconceptions. full chest piece sounds cool though post pics when finished.
