Poll: Do you have Facebook?

I've noticed on here, lots of people dont have Facebook, either that or they just haven't put it on their profile. So considering its the most visited website ever right now, if you have it what do you like about it? If you dont have it, what are your reasons?

It is a great way to keep up with friends if you don't want to bug them on Skype. That's about it for me.

Yeah Skype can be rather 'cba' at times...

I use it. There's just no point in adding it to my profile.

I use it mainly as a news feed. I read about news on the field of Hip Hop, sports, my favorite artists and so on. Few friends also post some interesting articles about researches and such.

I use it to hear about some major events, happenings. Old friend has had a kid, cool.

It's a way of contacting people I need to contact, but don't necessarily have their phone numbers.

It's a good way to organize an event more easily. You don't have to call a dozen of people to say the time changed for a couple hours.

I block every app and user that I don't want to see. That's not a problem.

I'm from a backwards community where 90% of people flee the moment they leave school and as a LARPer, you end up meeting people from all over the country- it's a very convenient way to stay in touch with them all.

I particularly like using it to stay in touch with my niece and nephew. Usually I know what they're up to before my mum does.

I do and I don't. I used to have a MySpace page long ago before Facebook even existed, I created it and probably checked it about 20 times before abandoning it. I'm pretty sure that long ago I made a Facebook profile as well, but seeing how I'm not a huge fan of social networking sites I never really did anything with it.

I don't have it. Can't be bothered, I'm not really good at posting stuff a bout my day because it would probably consist of:

Bored...
Bored...
Bored...

And I wouldn't really update it very often, and I don't have that many people to add to it, and my mother would want to add her and so would my step-mother, and that would just get awkward, and it would be a bit silly to hide the fact I have a Facebook acount, etc...

The point is a that it would just be too much of a hassle for me.

I only use it because some of my friends I can only talk to from there because they don't have a hotmail (My usual method of talking to people online)

Yup but I'm not exactly active on it since I just- log on, check everyone updates, check my horoscope and then log out.

Facebook serves two purposes. Stalking people and Farmville. Neither is worthy of my time.

One of them is worth mine, and it's not Farmville.

Don't really want it. None of my friends have it either, so there would be little point. Thats about it really.

I lurk and see what people are upto. I really only use it for invites to be honest and see who is pregnant, engaged, married, recently deceased etc. so yeah, news-feed.
