Oh say can you see, By the Dawns early light what so proudly we hailed Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming?
And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there;
O! say does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!
That's the one. I only know the pledge.
I pledge allegiance to the Flag of The United States of America, and to The Republic for which it stands One Nation Under God, indivisible with Liberty and Justice for All.
Pfft, showoff.

I dont mind it as an overall UK anthem, but I would prefer if we English had our own anthem like the other countries in the UK do.
Just to point out several Scottish people find "God save the queen" offensive because it at one point included

Lord, grant that Marshal Wade,
May by thy mighty aid,
Victory bring.
May he sedition hush,
and like a torrent rush,
Rebellious Scots to crush,
God save the King.
While I'm not anti-UK as such those "Rebellious Scots" include my clan several of whom were killed off. So I can't really say I'm comfortable hearing it used.

Edit:

I do know "Flower of Scotland" though.

I only know the parts that are commonly sung, the U.S. National Anthem is quite long in its entirety.

I know the words to mine (USA), but I envy Canada for the simple elegance of theirs, and feel sad for you poor, poor Australians having to suffer through the dreadful "Advance Australia Fair" when you've got so much better patriotic songs like "Waltzing Matilda" and even "Land Down Under".

Also, Scotland has the greatest national anthem in the world.

Picked the third option, as I only know, like, the first, second and last verse by heart. The rest aren't usually sung unless it's singing time anyway.

Yes, I do know all the words.
as for you questions, I most definitely do "partake" in patriotism as far my the hand on my heart, and I do tear up when the flag raises though not everytime and I feel strong emotion when I sing it.

It's a bit hard to answer this without any set definition of what you yourself describe as patriotism... Is it the feeling of belonging to something you percieve as greater than yourself, support of the ideology, which the current government of your nation is propagating, or is it perhaps the blind defense of your country's interests, no matter whether they are correct or criminal...? With definitions like these and some less than inspiring examples of straightforward shovinism from the 20th and 21st century, I'm afraid few people nowadays realise the meaning of the word (among other words as well, but that's another story).
I myself percieve Patriotism as love for one's nation. Simple enough if you stop and don't think about it... ;) Love itself is another term, which is hard to define, for there are many who will claim Love is nothing, but blind and unquestioning devotion.
Let me tell you, if you love something or someone, then be ready to hurt them! I've gathered so much during my short life and although it's not an absolute truth, it's a truth nonetheless. So, if Patriotism is Love, Dedication, and Duty to your own country and its People, then you can label me a Patriot, for I'll sing of my country for as long as I can speak and breathe.

Got to admit, I hate the french version of O Canada, but then again, I hate QC too. I know all the words to the normal one though.

Well, the first verse isn't exactly hard, as you said. The second and third are much harder to remember and most people don't even know they exist.
Unless they watch Blackadder.
What? I remember no such episode!

United States. I know the first verse and part of the second. And yes I stand, remove my hat, place my and over my heart and sing.

I also know the first verse to the French national anthem (in French, I might add).

Here's how I sing the British one:
God save our something queen,
I don't know what should be-- queen,
blah blah blah queen.

The subsequent verses just come out as varying degrees of incoherence.
<spoiler=I much prefer this one anyway><youtube=4SmYX6vq0A8>

I'm both English and French (dual nationalism) and I know the words to neither anthem. Same goes for the Singapore one despite the fact I lived there for years. I generally don't feel patriotic. I have patriotism in sports. Also I have quite a bit of patriotism towards Singapore (occasionally) but a lot of that is me missing the place.
