Poll: Do you listen to inappropriate music while gaming?

Why the Dethklok hate? As a band that "technically" doesn't exist they are a good when you want to listen to softer death metal.

On Topic: I don't listen to music because the devs and shit took some time into the soundtrack and that should be respected. Unless it's the soundtrack to H.A.W.X. which you can barely hear over your wingmen and the roar of your engine.

My roommate and I are unable to play Call of Duty 4 without Michael Jackson (Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough starts off most gaming sessions). Billy Idol will do in a pinch.

Creeping people out with cheerful music while playing some game that is excessively violent and bloody, say, Postal, is indeed entertaining. However, I mostly listen to music I enjoy while gaming. Unless it's something boring that I want to get through quickly - then it's speedmetal to the rescue. That's right.

I've played God Hand with Lemon Demon music playing in the background (especially "Don't Be Like the Sun" and "Dance Like an Idiot").

For the most part, though, I try playing appropriate music...and it turns out "Libera Me From Hell" goes very well with the original Super Smash Brothers!

I would say I listen to music while gaming only when I feel that the music I put on is more appropriate for the game than the actual game music, or if there isn't any music which happens more than you might think.

I like to listen to cool jazz while playing shooters. I enjoy the surrealism, and for some reason I pay better.

ME TOO!!! Anything awkward like that, such as jazz, big band, stuff like Otis Redding, The Four Tops, Miles Davis, etc...

It just feels better to kill that....if only I could get my hands on an elevator music score.
