I love My home America, though i would like to try living in a few other countries for awhile, i would still come back. I love this place, though i am occasionaly scared for it and it enrages me from time to time.

I love Iceland, it's a part of me and I am a part of it by growing the language and the culture of the land.
But I am also a citizen of England and I love that country too.

Oh buggers.

I live in Sweden. I like it, I guess. It's definitely a good country but I don't believe that any country has done anything that would make me "love" it. Patriotism is something that I will never understand.

I love my hometown, the capital of my country, I pretty much hate the rest.

Oh Ireland... I very much dislike Ireland. It's a miserable country, the majority of people are loose minded riff-raff, riff-raff I say!
There's nice spots, some nice history and such, but man, the people (and the government, goes without saying). So nope, don't care much for my country.

No, patriatism is something thats always eluded me. Why a man would display such pride and affection towards a large mass of land is a mystery to me.
It's not the land, it's the country. The society, the culture, the people, and everything else that makes a country
To me its a large chunk of rock inhabited by people, most of whom are assholes. All that other stuff is excess, that barely manges to function to a significant degree, its a good thing you left out government too, because that wouldn't have been a point in your favour.
Then go find an island and live by yourself
Yeah but then I wouldn't have anyone to kill, significantly hampering the quality and enjoyment of my leisure time.
Well in that case I would recommend you move to a not US country, like Spain or California

I can't stand my home country (the uk) too much stupidity amongst the general public for my liking. I live in a town where about half the population are on benefits and content to stay that way.

I really don't like britain and I've said this once for the last 7 years so I'll say it again, the moment I am old enough and have enough money I'm getting the fuck out of here and moving to Austrailia.

I like the US, I love my city.

The government is evil and whenever large groups of people come together they tend to get stupid, but that's the way it is in every country.

I personally hate my country due to the anti-progressive and conservative attitudes many of its citizens have, which, to me, is the only thing truly holding us back. If these people simply didn't exist, I'd say this was the greatest country on the planet, but we have too many people who wish to limit personal freedoms for us to be anywhere close to that.

You missed "Love-Hate". A sense of belonging and a critical mind isn't a matter of like, love, hate, whatever. You might as well just ask are you blindly patriotic or not?

Belgium is great, but of course you know that. Can't complain about the government cause we have none and it's just fine. Kind of makes you wonder why we need one.
