I'm pretty indifferent. I mean, I get annoyed when people make assumptions and the like but I've often wondered what it would be like to live in a more exotic place than the UK.
Indeed. I like the country but dislike the people for the most part. I also dislike the government.DJDarque said:It's a love-hate relationship.

Dawww... I feel all warm and fuzzy now. ^_^Totenkopf said:Thanks a lot, this statement has just directly warped you to my friendlistDr Snakeman said:Heh... way to call out the people who think they're all progressive and superior. It does kind of bug me, too. I get it if you just don't feel any sentiment for your country. I think it's stupid, but I get it. But people who act like they're some new breed of human who has no understanding of any of the "flawed" ideas that other humans share annoy the living hell out of me.Totenkopf said:I'm from Germany, and I love my country.
Also, do you know what I don't understand?
I can't understand how people can't understand the simple concept of the appreciation of a shared national identity (patriotism).
I don't want to offend anyone, but if one can't understand this (no participation needed for understanding) it's pretty sad...
(I hope you don't mind... >.>)
Yeah but then I wouldn't have anyone to kill, significantly hampering the quality and enjoyment of my leisure time.artanis_neravar said:Then go find an island and live by yourselfomniscientostrich said:To me its a large chunk of rock inhabited by people, most of whom are assholes.
