Yes, I own two swords. A scimitar and my father's sabre. However, they are more showpieces than actual weapons and would require some serious sharpening before they would be fit for more than bludgeoning someone to death.
I've got an ornamental sword that's sort of lord of the rings themed, I guess. I got it as a gift and it certainly was pretty cool at the time but for something which is in fact completely useless that takes up a good deal of space I'd much rather have, well, anything else.
I also have my brothers two ornamental katanas which he gave me when he got married. Again, completely useless and take up too much space. Maybe it's time I took 'em to a pawn shop.
I'm a collector, so yes... I have antique guns, crossbows, daggers, knives and swords etc. Some are battle ready, some are not. Still, I'm ready for zombies and whatnot D:
Nope. I don't want to be one of those people, you see.
Also, I couldn't afford one.
Plenty of more efficient ways to stave off the undead. For example, there's a furniture store across the road from my house. I'm sure they have lots of sharp things.
Yes I own one Katana and a Wakizashi blade. They are both blunted, but I do posses the tools to sharpen them. Although I'm forbidden from doing so due to the fact that there is quite a few young ones, running about in my house.
Real men do not need these strange contraptions of which you speak. Real men use my patented Sean Connery garotte pen. You can strangle your enemy whilst writing their obituary; now that's good manners.
I got my full-metal replica Master Sword hanging up on the wall. May be blunt but it's heavy as hell, so probably a nice swing at the head would get into the brain enough to kill em
There's an ornamental one downstairs, and my dad has a proper(but not sharp) one in his cupboard, he also has a ye olde style longbow and some (proper) arrows.
