I tend to eat normally. There are times, however, where i might skip lunch purely because i'm not feeling hungry enough to be bothered to go down and prepare something. That only occurs for the most part if i'm pre-occupied with something though. For example, if i'm fully engaged in a session of the Witcher, i'll be so focused on getting my quests done or engrossed in the plot to really care enough about stopping for lunch, though i nearly always have some sort of drink by my side, like water. (Probably because constantly drinking has become a habit. Don't ask me why.)
Although this isn't exclusive to just playing video games. If i'm in the middle of a good book and i'm eager to know what happens next, i won't stop to make lunch unless i'm really hungry - and even then, most of the time i can hold on until dinner. Though if i'm doing something more passive like watching TV then i'll be a lot more inclined to get up and make lunch as my attention is not actively engaged to such a degree.
