Regardless of whether or not the world is "real", it still exists, just as characters in video games aren't "real", they still exist in some sense of the word. It's the same for us.
Unless you wanna get technical, in which case, no. Nothing humanity has ever done has affected the universe beyond, from a universal perspective, changing the exact placement of some atoms within a microscopic dot on a microscopic dot for the duration of a few million years. This is made even more insignificant when you consider that time and space are infinite. Divide the time and space of humanity by that of the universe and you get an infinitely small number, which is 100% insignificant. Something 100% insignificant cannot truly be considered existent, so no we don't exist.
